Having the Time of My Life

[Seerrasseei Tsseerra]

Seer slept soundly until the sunlight of early morning crept in through window and over her eyes. Shaking her head to get the hair that always fell over one of her eyes when she slept out of the way, she stretched a little and yawned before she opened her eyes. Her vision was a bit bleary at first but when everything came into focus, she saw her mate Kitssarri's face in front of her own. With a smile on his face while he slept, Kit's face was a few inches from her own and his arms were wrapped loosely around her. Seer smiled as she started to purr softly, she never tired of being close to him or with him for that matter. She smiled at the thought that this man would soon be her husband. Soon though, she noticed his facial expression change as though his dreams were troubling him. Leaning in closer, she kissed him softly and ran her tail down Kit's back to wake him up.

They were all around him. Big muscular bodies, ferocious teetha nd the weirdest hair - green and going in every direction possible. Their breath was dreadful, and what made it worse was the fact they insisted on having their faces inches away from Kitssarri's.

He took a couple of steps backwards, before turning and making a break for it. They seemed so familiar to him, but yet at the same time, there was nothing that he knew of them. Just this strange feeling of nostalgia.

Kitssarri was now running as fast as he could go, turning right down one alley, and then quickly down another. But everywhere he went, they were already there, continually one step ahead. he began to wonder if he'd ever get out of this alive.

Their growl grew louder and louder, making the smallest of hairs on Kitssarri's back stand on end. His heart was pounding, his lungs burning. He was running as fast as he could now, fear releasing adrenaline into his system, his muscles working harder.

The pack was gaining on him though. It was only a matter of time. In desperation, the Cizerack turned down another alley, only to find it was a dead end. Light was being cast down the alleyway but some old lights hanging high above. Eery shadowy forms began to make their way towards Kitssarri, the lights casting shadows over their faces.

This is it. This is the end....

The figures moved closer and closer, and then lept in the air, pouncing on Kitssarri.

Kitssarri sat up in bed with a fearful look on his face. It took him a moment to look around and realize where he was. Lying down on the bed, was his fiance. There was a look of genuine concern on her face, and that was what finally brought him back to the real world.

His face suddenly started to turn a brighter shade of red, and he began to smile, a soft chuckle escaping his lips.

Kit's sudden awakening and sitting up startled Seer slightly and she looked up at him, her face full of concern. Waiting a moment for heart to beat normally again, one of her ears went up in confusion.

Jisss sssomethjing wrrrong dearrr?

She asked as she sat up and hugged him close, all the while wondering what was causing her mate to react this way.

[Kitssarri Reetissa]

Kitssarri began to laugh louder, tears coming to the corner of his eyes.

"Ji jusssst rrrealjized whjy thejy sssseemed ssso famaljiar!!! Thejy werrrre carrrrrotsssss!!"

He fell back on the bed, looking up the ceiling clutching his belly as his laugh echoed through the room.

Both of Seer's ears rose along with one eyebrow, she was very confused, what did carrots have to do with anything? Kitssarri's actions were confusing her, one moment he was freaked out then he was laughing. She looked down at him curiously while she tried to figure out what he meant.

Carrrrrotsss? What arrre jyou talkjing about?

She asked before she lied back down again on her side beside him while her tail swished lightly behind her.

The tears were streaming down his face, as Kitssarri cluthced his belly. It took him a good moment or two to calm down, and even when he did, he was having a hard time catching his breath.

"Oh jit jisss nothjing, jusssst a ssssjillljy drrream that Ji had."

Turning on his side, Kitssarri rolled right out of bed leaping to his feet. The window was only a few feet away from the bed. Kitssarri made his way over to it, streching his body out as the sun shone through,warming him from head to toe.

"Sssuch a njice dajy outsssjide. what do jyou want to do todajy?"

He turned around to face her. The sun beams shone past him, and down on her, casting and almost angelic glow around her. It made her seem even more beautiful to him if it were possible. He counted himself to be one very lucky feline.

Seer smiled and looked up at him for a few moments before she got up and hugged Kitssarri, purring softly before looking up at him again.

Therrre'sss ssseverrral thjingsss we could do but jI have no plansss forrr todajy......

There was the usual work on the racer but Seer was thinking of something else as her tail ran up and down Kit's back lightly.

Shivers went up and down his spine, giving him goosebumps as her tail moved. Not the bad kind mind you. These were definately the good kind.

He wrapped his large arms around her, pulling her very close to him. He could feel her warmth radiating through her and into him. It was quite a feeling. one that he never ever grew tired of experiencing.

"Ssseverrral thjings?????"

He winked innocnetly at her, before lightly kissing the bridge of her nose.

"What jissss on jyour mjind?"

Seer smiled and purred softly, she never grew tired of how he made her feel. Right now, she was quite comfortable where she was as she rested her chin on his shoulder.

Well jI was thjinkjing that we could take the dajy off frrrom worrrkjing on the ssshjip so we could make all of thjisss offjical.

She smiled, quoting him a little as her tail continued to run up and down his back.

his tail ran down her back, and then lower over her thigh finally curling around her calf. Only the tip of it moved now, as it lightly caressed her firm calf muscle.

He leaned in close to her, kissing the bridge of her nose once again, then stole another quick kiss - this time on the corner of her lips.

"Now therrrre jisss onljy one thjing to sssajy to that......Giddjy up!."

Seer smiled widened as her ears went back happily. The thought that she would spend the rest of her life with this wonderful man made her feel quite happy indeed. Kit was kind, loving and fellow lover of ships and anything with racing, Seer knew she couldn't find a better match if she spent the rest of her life looking. Her mother had intended to find a male that Seerrasseei could get along with, but her mother never could have guessed how wise the pick was. Seer could see herself quite happy spending her life with Kitssarri. He had her heart and soul for as long as she lived just as she had his.

"Good plan forrr todajy then huh?"

She said while smiling still before kissing Kitssarri softly as one of her claws traced lightly up and down his spine and with her other hand, she ran her fingers through his hair. Her purr was soft and content, being with Kit would definately be a feeling she would never tire of.

He hugged her closer, her hair was but centimeters away from his nose. It smelt so sweet, and full of life. If this was how life was going to be with her, Kitssarri was going to be one lucky Cizerack.

"Not a good plan, but an excellent one...."

Their tails ran up and down each other, twisting together. They were quite a sight to see, Kitssarri and Seer. Their love was easily apparent to even the dumbest of individuals, and Kitssarri planned on keeping it that way.

Seer purred softly before she kissed Kit's neck once then bit his ear lightly.

We ssshould get gojing on thjisss ssshouldn't we?

She asked before she pulled away slightly but only enough to look up into Kitssarri's eyes. It would definately be good to spend the rest of her days with him, to be Mrs. Reetissa and always have him by her side.

"Jyesss we ssshould. The rrrrest of ourrr ljfe togetherrr sssstarrrtssss todajy. Jin mjy cassse the bessst parrrt of ljife begjinsss todajy."

All the while he spoke, he gazed intently into the deep beauty of her eyesl It was her best physical trait in his opinion. But not only that, it was a very good emotional one as well. Her love for him seemed to pour out thorugh her eyes, and Kitssarri didn't mind staring into them. Hell he could stare into them all day, and receive that love, for it was the best feeling in the world to him.

Seer's smile widened as she looked up at Kitssarri and her tail looped loosely around his.

The bessst parrrt of mjy ljife begjinsss todajy asss well and jI look forrrwarrrd to ssspendjing the rrressst of mjy dajysss wjith jyou....

She said quietly, still purring as she continued to look into his eyes. This continued for several moments as the pair purred softly together, each looking lovingly into the other's eyes until Seer hugged Kit close once more. Her eyes closed and her ears went back as she kissed him softly. When she pulled away slightly, she looked into his eyes again before she spoke.

Rrreadjy?

"Ji have been rrreadjy forrr a long long tjime. "

A sly smile grew across his face, a sparkle forming in his eyes. These words were nothing but the truth for him, and were coming right from his heart.

"Ssshall we then?"

He made his way for the door, holding it open for her, as always.

"Where sssshould we begjin?"

Seer couldn't help but smile wider at his reply, his words echoed her feelings on the matter. Her tail twitched a bit as she thought about it, well they would need someone to marry them and rings of course since Seer didn't want to go the collar route. She weighed over a few more things in her mind before she spoke.

Hmm, let me get Jowarrrrrrr to do sssomethjing forrr me and then we can look jinto sssome rrrrjingsss jI guessssss.

Seer kissed Kit softly before walking off to Jowarr's room to get her to arrange a priest for them from Carshoulis. Once done, she walked back out to Kitssarri, a glint shining in her eyes as well as there always was when she was with Kit. She hugged him close and kissed him once more, purring sofly.

One step, then another. There was something definately funny about them. There was a definate spring in them. In one fluid, graceful motion, he turned on his feels coming round to face her, his arm reaching out to hers.

"Well, arrrrre jyou comjing ? Orrrrr arre jyou gjiong to ssstajy herrrre all dajy?"

Seer nodded before moving forward to her fiancee's side. She ran her hand slowly down his back before she spoke.

"Hadn't planned on ssstajyjing herrre, dearrr, jussst wajiting forrr jyou."

She said quietly as she purred softly and a smile remained across her face.

They walked arm in arm through the long hallways of their house, making their way to the front door. As soon as they stepped in front of the large door, it opened. The sun rushed in, rays welcoming them to the day. It was going to be a great day.

The young couple stepped out into the world, embracing the day and their new life they were about to embark on.

Kitssarri was especially excited about things that were to come. The future was very promising. Kitssarri knew so with each and every day. With each and every glance he caught of her. Every second with her would be a new adventure, and something to look forward to. He truly counted himself to be the luckiest man in the world.

He tilted his head slightly so that he could look down on her a little better and ser her face easily.

The smile stayed as they walked but it always did when she was with him. It seemed each day ended up being better than the last the more time they spent together. Seer definately felt quite happy that she had Kit with her which was easy to see by just looking at her.

As they walked, she purred softly, her thoughts wandering a bit until Kitssarri looked down at her and asked the question. Shaking her head lightly to get her hair out of the way so she could see him better, she wrapped her tail loosely around his before she answered.

"jI wasss thjinkjing of gettjing sssome rrrjingsss, therrre'sss a ssshop nearrr herrre."

She said quietly as they continued to walk, reaching a shop a few minutes later. The sign was written in many languages but Seer knew what it was without having to read it besides towards the bottom of the sign, the runes of basic were etched into it.

As they walked in, a bell jangled and the shopkeeper came into view. What species he was, Seer had no clue but he left her no time to figure it out before he spoke.

"Is there something I can help you with?"

Seer nodded, moving forward to some of the rings that were in one of the many glass cases around the shop.

"jI wasss jussst lookjing forrr sssome rrrjingsss forrr the two of usss."

The creature raised an eyebrow before smiling, noticing how close the pair was.

"Planning on getting married are you?"

Seer nodded.

"Well I think I have just the thing." He said before pulling out a few pairs "These all can be engraved as well for just a small add on fee."

Seer nods in acknowledgement of that before trying on a few of the rings. The shopkeeper watches while saying each one looks great on her but Seer doesn't pay much attention, knowing that the shopkeeper could care less really. Noticing Seer was staying quiet, he turned his attention towards Kitssarri.

"Aren't you going to try one on? After all you wouldn't want to get one that doesn't fit."-shopkeeper
