I'm selling my Star Destroyer MK2 Arcadia and my ISD The Wall if anyone is interested. We can discuss price and an RP where I sell them in this thread. -- Ryu Warusa

My character couldn't purchase one...and even if he could, he couldn't crew it.

The Cizerack Pride would be most interested in acquiring Imperial warships, for study and analysis.

Update: The Arcadia has been sold. The ISD is still on the market though.

There's simply no building involved. Assume all ships you can support are "there". Now, if you try to do something ridiculous like have some kind of grand imperial battle fleet while owning one planet...yeah, we're gonna call it BS. But if you act with common sense, its really simple. Think of it like a normal duel...but not with Jedi, Sith and lightsabers, but with admirals and starships.

So this strikes me as an attempt to re-perpetuate bean counting. Truth be told, I'm not entirely sure this thread is kosher.

Not necessarily. For the act of simply roleplaying such a transaction, it has merit. I don't know if thats what Gue had in mind, but the Cizerack have been interested in acquiring such ships for a while now, in order to study and reverse-engineer them for future warship designs.

I don't see a problem with it if the purchased warships won't be used in military RPs. Is that the understanding that's in place?

actually, as TriOp's main business partner was TGE it now has to seek out business elsewhere with the whole TGE break up and whatnot.
And in Gue's defense, cuase for the time being I am Gue till i get someone for this person, I need a ship to RP from and I like the Name, its a regular sized allowed vessel, so hey why not? eh, hehe

There's no need to even put that limitation on it. Just to RP the purchase. I mean...if you're gonna have forces no matter what, it really doesn't matter if you have a RP where you buy a ship, I don't think. Keep in mind, there's no such thing as static rosters anymore. Even with this RP, you can't say "Ah ha, I have X many ships PLUS ONE, because of this".
