:D:D:D

I am soon to be the proud owner of the pastelle dress that Padme wore on Naboo (not the orginal, but a damn good replica of it).

Here are piccy's (http://www.elventhreads.com/auction/index.html) of what it will look like! (No, that's not me in the pic. Just showing what the dress will look like.)

And, the lady I'm getting this from has agreed to make some of the other dresses for me (black corsette, light-blue mid-riff, wedding gown, and I'm thinking of maybe asking for the white costume with a torn shirt included).

Anyways, just wanted to share!! :D

If and when I get the outfits, I'll be sure to put piccy's up!

:crack

Very nice indeed, I agree! Good luck LV! Darn another three year wait to endure but heck it is mostly a bearable burden with the next two LOTR movies before it in quick yearly succession. This year I swear I am going to be completely spoiler free like I was with TPM. Just that once I heard about Jango and Boba it was too much for me. I succumbed to the darkside .. er... spoilers. ;)

The seamstress (in WA) making the pastelle dress wants to eventually make ALL of Padme Amidala's dresses worn in both E1 and E2 (I also have an order in for the black corsette dress, the light-blue mid-riff dress, and the wedding dress... I'm also thinking of throwing in the flower-picnic dress).

Actualy, I'm in contact with another seamstress (this one in FL) who might make me the light-blue mid-riff dress. This one makes all sorts of cotumes. She's made stuff from "Gone with the Wind" and (dare I say it :uhoh) Titanic. I've seen piccys and it's quite impressive.

I can't wait to have them all! And the ladies have also offered to make the head dresses/pieces for the costumes!

This will DEFINITELY give me a BIG excuse to go to the Star Wars Celebration when E3 comes around! I gotta show this stuff off! Not to mention maybe I'll win a prize! :D :lol

I hate not having money. :( Notice no one wants the blue "crotch target" outfit. ;)

I love the flower picnic dress......
