General Tohmahawk

in a corner of the Galaxy fames Bar and Grill, a NR General sat on a chair, a sad look in his eye. On his knee was a six string instument, which he strummed thoughlessly.

His voice was melodious and surprisingly high and poweful. His hands began to move with purpose, striking up a tune, counter beating as the processor in the instrument generated other backing sounds.... He sang a song that once had been written by a Jedi a long time ago

It's all the same, only the names will change
Everyday it seems we're wasting away
Another place where the faces are so cold
I'd fly all night just to get back home

I'm a Jedi, In an X-Wing I fly
I'm wanted dead or alive
Wanted dead or alive

Sometimes I sleep, sometimes it's not for days
And the people I meet always go their separate ways
Sometimes you tell the day
By the Sith that you fight
And times when you're all alone all you do is think

I'm a Jedi, In an X-Wing I fly
I'm wanted dead or alive
Wanted dead or alive

His voice nearly breaking with emotion, the singing became louder and more penetrating.....

I walk these streets, a loaded sabre on my side
I play for keeps, 'cause I might not make it back
I been everywhere, still I'm standing tall
I've seen a million faces an I've rocked them all

I'm a Jedi, In an X-Wing I fly
I'm wanted dead or alive
I'm a Jedi, I got the Force on my side
I'm wanted dead or alive
Wanted dead or alive

And with the sound of a final few chords, the instrumnet fell silent.....
