The Sould Stone is like any other Force Gem. It is able to channel the Force. It works in the same way as a Sith Tailsmen. The user is able to leave his Force Spirit in the Gem. It will allow his to effect the world around by working through the gem.

::Chaos downloaded it all and started for the door. He would build on of these stones. Then he could trap his sisters soul in it. Then put her through hundreds of years of pain that she can't die from.::
