...Making a style here that is semi similar to the style on the front page of <a href=http://meras.org/forum/index.php?s=>Meras.Org</a>, mainly with the user's avatar on the index page.

It doesn't add any extra queries to the DB and looks pretty cool, but I'd like to make it look just a tad less cluttered for this site than it does on mine.

I'll put some thought into this over the next few days and see if I come up with any ideas for base graphics and the standard "no avatar" and "not registered" images for this site.

Any feedback, ideas or graphical suggestions are welcome. :)

Like I said: I like having the avatar displayed on the front page, but I don't like having all the stats up there, as well (although I understand the need to fill in the space created by the avatar). If you can find a way to make it less cluttered, I'm all for it.

I believe a style set based on the GJO style, with the background, colors, icons and buttons would be popular. You could just link the graphics to my host for simplicity :)
