View Full Version : Top-down Rebel Snowspeeder in Paint.

I'm working on the layout of my new base for the Fringe World Alliance, and I was wondering if anybody has, or can do, a top-down 2D picture of a Rebel snowspeeder. I have the template ready for drawing on, which I can send to whoever is up to the challenge.

Thanks. I did it mainly from memory, since my "Essential Guide's" schematic was a bit complicated. I may do a more detailed version next week - though the scale of the map won't be large enough to show detail like that! Maybe for fun :)

You say you need a snowspeeder, top down, 2D? I can do that through 3dsmax, i think. if scifi-3d has the model.

The only things I can spot that are off are that the little nodes on the back should line up exactly with the laser cannon superstructure. Also, the back paneling under the harpoon gun should be a grill, and I think the paneling on the "nose" should be grey, and come up to be flush with the cockpit door frame.

Visc, did you make those, or did you pull them from 3D Cafe (or somewhere like that)?


And if you did make it, did you make the textures too?

You should see the 8 second MPG I made of it. The shuttle flies to the right and inwards, swivels to the left, levels out, and lands. So smooth and organic looking :) just ask Yog.
