People who like drawing/writing about animals as people, or in the roles of people, I think.

Hey, I'm a furry, but that's quite where I stop.

*shudders at the thought of (ick!) erotic furries.*

And, hey, I'm not that geeky! I just read Redwall ages ago, and well, look where it got me...

I'm in far too many places on the chart to set myself somewhere :(

My line ends at the first bar too, except for the cursed RP video games. Cursed FF and it's addictive tendencies

Some are so-so. X-Men spinoffs can = SW spinoffs, meaning Im low :)

Oh wow. This is an even more updated version than last time I went to their site. He added comic books and mythology studies! The chart is complete. :)

Ahem ... I need to state for the record that I am NOT a furry. :rolleyes

True "Furry fiction" is a whole level above just making your character some sort of animal-like creature. Chewbacca and werewolves are not furries. I'm not even sure if Animal Farm or the original Disney stories that inspired the phenomenon like Jungle Book are part of the same furry genre that the geek chart is talking about here.

Furries are ... out there. I remember running into a furry MUX back in my more active online roleplaying days. They are a subculture of a subculture. Definitely worthy of their own place on the chart.

I can't wait till I'm published so I can laugh at you all. :lol :lol :lol

Stopped at Roleplaying Games and Piers Anthony Books. Along the same bar as Fanatic Writers... I think everyone here is a Fantic Writer, writing short stories on Star Wars, so we all about the 3rd bar.

I'm on mostly the line above furries.

ReaperFett

I disagree Dyzm, I think this is RP more than fanfic. I DO write fanfics though, which just makes it worse :)

Trust me, there are a few of us out there who DON'T want't to imagine our characters--or other characters, for that matter--with their pants off.

But yes, there are clean furries. They're just hard to find.

Furries... weird me out. *Especially* the erotic ones.

Even moreso: I once saw a page where someone photoshopped a bunch of pictures of nude women to make them into furries. The person who did that needs to be locked up somewhere safe. O_o

Rama

Hey man.......that's art and I don't think I need to be lo.....i mean that person needs to locked up for that. >=(

Ewwwwww! That turns my stomache thinking about it. Animals are nasty and filthy.

Goodness! I'm in the last box! Though I don't write about FURRIES! Jeezus! And it's not 100% vulgar stuff. It's more comedical!

I wanted to reply to y'alls comments on furries, but instead created a new thread. I guess I'm not as technically advanced as you young'uns are:(
Now if only Nupraptor would show up and bail me out of this embarrasing situation

Our characters are supposed to wear pants?

Now why didn't anyone put that on the FAQ!?!?
