As I said before we can only have 3 Shipyards per planet.

I now threaten to destroy these shipyards unless my demands are met. I hearby demand 3 Imperial class star destroyers standard configuration and if they are rigged you'll be SORRY !! :evil:

Gent you do not have the power to make such demands. You follow orders in the Empire and currently you are not following orders. You have not been given orders to do such things which mean they will not happen. Also remember I have the power to demote you to the rank of Lieutenant and assign you aboard a ship as a sub-ordinate. I believe Commander Dagger Fel can teach you ta thing or two about obeying orders.
