Our newest Rear Admiral and CO of the 2nd fleet. He spent 7 years training cadets at the academy in strategic doctrine, I believe.

Sargast smiled wistfully.

"However, the time is right for me to move on. There are other gifted officers who can take my chair at the Academy. I'm now obligated to return to active service."

I've been informed of the need for good officers, and of a renewed effort against the enemies of peace. Therefore, I am ready to assume all responsibilities needed of me.
