Nonagression pact?

I'd like to prepare a non-aggression pact between the Empire and the Republic, if I may be allowed to do so. The Empire no longer seeks to acquire Republic territory.

There is one thing which I must admit has been bothering me for some time: The situation of Yavin. I can assure you, neither the NR or the Jedi have or have had any intentions of using Yavin as a foundation of attack at the Empire. In fact, no one even noticed it was bordering to Empire theritory before you mentioned it.

As a matter of fact, Thrawn told me that the NR had the intention of using Yavin IV as a foundation of attack. Granted, he is a liar, but I still had reason to fear it was so. I will draft up the non-aggression pact.
