To some degree, I can agree with this. Does anyone else, or does everyone here think Lucas is the best director to step behind the lens since...well....ever?

I read part of it, most of it I don't agree with its just the dumb LA Times trying to make a story to make Lucas look bad.

Lucas isn't the best director around, but he certainly is one of the better ones. I do agree that he his a master in the editing room, though... give him average film footage, and he can turn it into something pretty spectacular.

And his imagination and story-telling abilities are second-to-none.

cant seem to find the article. But no lucas isnt the best director ever. I'd say hes mediocre. But hes the best story teller and knows his special effects. Doesnt mean Im not a fan though.
