I just remembered the moment that made me laugh the hardest in AOTC, and deserves to be in my top ten:

When Obi Wan sits at the counter in the bar and 'persuades' the lowlife: 'You want to go home and rethink your life.'

"I'm going to go home now and rethink my life."

For about 15 seconds I couldn't stop giggling silently...

I really liked Kit's smile, as well. It was really funny. :) Obi's off-comment, "Why do I have the feeling you're going to be the death of me?" took a moment to sink it, but was insidiously funny.

5: Han - detention block scene: "He's the brains sweetheart!" - and the ten or so minutes that follow it. - ANH

4: Han - Ewok scene: And hurry it up, will ya? I haven't got all day! - ROTJ

3: Han - Ewok scene:"Well why don't you use your divine influence and get us out of this?" - ROTJ

2: Han's ad lib explanation in the detention block;

Han: "Everything is under control. Situation normal."

Intercom voice: "What happened?"

Han: "Um...had a slight weapons malfunction. But, uh, everythings perfectly alright now. We're fine. We're all fine here now, thank you. How are you?"

Intercom voice: "We're sending a squad up."

3. Luke's duel with Darth Vader and the subsequent frying by and death of the Emperor - Ep. VI
4. The entire space battle of Return of the Jedi - Ep. VI
5. The entire arena battle of Attack of the Clones - Ep. II
6. Obi-Wan, Anakin and Yoda's duel with Darth Tyrannus - Ep. II
7. Luke's duel with Darth Vader - Ep. V
8. The entire carbonite freezing chamber scene with Han and Leia... and Chewie... and Vader, and Boba, and Threepio, and heck nevermind all of it - Ep. V

Apparently Return of the Jedi and Attack of the Clones are really hashing it out for my favourite Star Wars movie. Ep. II has more favourite moments, but I love my RotJ moments more... plus I couldn't put them ALL in.

2. Han chasing the stormtroopers before before happening upon a large squad of troopers.
3. Han's detection cell scene.
4. Luke/Vader duel I in ESB
5. Luke/Vader duel II in ROTJ
6. The verbal exchange between Obi-Wan and Jango. And the subsequent duel.
7. Obi-Wan's starfighter pursuit of Slave-1 in the asteroid field around Genosia. Awesome visual and audible effects. Seismic charges really rocked and so did Slave-1's twin cannons.
8. Dooku duel with Obi-Wan and Anakin. After defeating them... the duel with Yoda.
9. Anakin's rage and sorrow at the death of Shmi and killing the raiders in a blind rage.
10. The complete genosian arena scene.

There are so many more other scenes but can only list ten.
