I found it interesting that Owen is describes as Anakin's half-brother, as Shmi married Cliegg Lars This is interesting, because in the novelization of ROTJ, he is described as Obi-Wan's brother

What they put in the movie makes a lot more sense to me, but I wonder if they were aware that there was a slight continuity conflict there? I would think they would have to know, and maybe sacraficed the continuity so that it would make a little more sense.

I have the feeling that the "my" will be changed to "his" in newer editions of the RotJ novelization! :) (for that conversation)

I think you are right there Doc, unless they want to do something weird with by saying there still brothers but I doubt that will happen.

No comment really, but a quick point: Owen is Anakin's STEP brother, not HALF brother. Owen is not Shmi's son, he is Cleigg's son from a previous marriage... his relationship to Anakin
is through marriage only, not though heredity.
