Project: Keyhole is the most advanced surveillance system in the galaxy. It utilizes a series of hyperspacial sensor pulses to survey any and all fleet movements, or anything else worth surveying, throughout the galaxy.

Your ground forces are based onboard the fleets. In order for us to dispatch GMA ground forces to the Naboo System, we'd have to deploy a fleet there. The problems regarding that are twofold:
1. Our fleets are busy massing at Sullust for the Battle of Coruscant.
2. We do not know if a victory against the Gungan Council would be feasible. They are not high on the threat list, as TGE and GJO are. TGE has a galaxy gun and a death star running around, so it would be foolish to reallocate forces to a system which is not vital to our survival.

That is, unless you can give us a good argument as to why we should attack TGC. In that case, the 6 dreadnaughts, 4 SSDs, and 30 ISDs which are currently not attached to any fleet and being held in reserve for planetary defense, will be reallocated to the Naboo System, under your command, and you will be issued the rank of Acting Vice Admiral.

Hmmm. I'm reading here that they have 200 starships, and they may not be building their shipyards and ships according to swfans.net rules. Their fleet alone gives them a rating of 2 on the threat assessment scale.
