Effective immediately, Vice Admiral Joachim Fena has been demoted to the rank of Captain, pending his own request.
While I understand the importance of military leaders, we also must stay committed to fighting wars face-to-face.
Captain Fena has expressed his wish to continue his service in such a fashion, and I cannot disagree with him.
