As Supreme Commander of the Thyferra Sector Fleet, I am however subordinate to Imperial High Command.
Since the war and Operation Barbarossa is on hold, and there are no current battles being fought, I request to do the following:
Withdraw Division I to Carida
Withdraw Division II to Fatasshi
Deploy Division III to Ithor
Deploy Division IV to Raithal
Withdraw Division-Flag- V to Thyferra
My staff has drawn up operational orders for moves of the fleet, and awaits your confirmation, of either the Diktat, Vice Diktat, or Imperial Navy Admiralty.
