I would like to request the rights to produce the Fire-Class Light Frigate

Agreed, however the computer cores will be provided by the Empire, as in all of our creations. This is to ensure that no one tries to use the ships against us. The computer cores are hardwired into ships' systems, so if you remove the core, you'll basically have a hull of a ship, and nothing inside of it will work.
