No. It's just right. Concussion missiles have a propulsion system that allows it to travel past 1,200 MGLTs, because the propulsion system only has to be online for a few minutes max, and thus it can expend all its fuel.

Capital ships with general purpose launchers big enough to accomodate the bomb.
