ZzzzZZzzzzZZ....

Colonel Flath lay sprawled over his desk sleeping. He had been up the whole day and previous few day going over papers and reports. Regular cafinnee pills and strong coffee kept the officer awake through the day. He was awake because he saw the phenomenom. The Phenomenom of Extra Galactic Life, of somesort. But now, Sleep caught up with this officer. He fell asleep thinking of the previous day.

In the emptiness of space, Seven medium sized asteroids suddenly appeared. There were no ships nearby to witness this. The only thing around was the AEGSA base. Colonel Flath was lounging in a chair in the Mess Hall when a small siren went off. The siren was there to alert the AEGSA team of an inregularity.

The Colonel jumped out of his chair and ran to the viewing chambers. He received a datapad and a cup of coffee as he entered the room. He hurridly took his seat, at the center of the transparent room.

What is it?

Colonel, Seven Asteroids just appeared out of nowhere.

How the hell?

Sir, we are not sure of their origin.

Shut up officer

The Colonel raised himself out of the chair, knocking his coffee over. He raised a hand and half covered his eyes, like a visor. His mouth dropped open as the other members of the AEGSA Team saw the phenomenom occuring. The Seven Asteroids, of which just appeared, duplicated themselves, creating a total of 14 asteroids. After the duplication, each of the asteroids dissappeared, into what appeared to be hyperspace.

I hope to God our cameras got that.

Yes, Colonel, everything was recorded.

Good, send me the data tape when it is processed.

The Colonel walked over calmly towards His chambers. His walk did not display the feelings going on inside of him. He had witnessed one of the first signs of Extragalactic life, AND technology.

The Colonel extended his thumb to the thumb release pad and the door hissed open. He walked in and took a seat behind his desk. Immediatly his fingers were flying. A Flatscreen Computer displayed the data that the Colonel was looking at. He was tracking every possible place the Asteroids could've gone to. So Far, the list was narrowed down to [b]Corellia, Courscant, Fondor, Dagobah, Byss, Endor, Hoth, Kessel, Ord Mantell, Hapes, Tatooine, Bakura, Bothawui, Bespin, Duro, Kashyyk, Nal Hutta, Ryloon, Sluis Van, Tynna, and Wor Tandell.

The comm chirped, and a three quarter-sized hologram of DV appeared at a nearby holopad.

"What goes, Colonel?"

The Colonel snapped to attention and saluted the Diktat.

What is thy wish?

"At ease, Colonel. I just need your report on the situation. Has A.E.G.S.A. detected anything?"

Colonel: Nothing new, sir. Honestly, there isn't much chance of us spotting anything of interest...

Very well, Colonel. Move your staff to the Project Keyhole station further south on Dantooine, and take command of that project. A.E.G.S.A. can be discontinued for a while, at least until the war ends.
