I know you build mines in the construction yard and you build capital ships and starfighters in the shipyard, but where do you make Stormtroopers? Several people have told me to just make a number of regiment with so many Stormtroopers in to spread throughout the sector I have my bases. I was going to do this, but I just want to be allowed to do it. I do not want TSE, TSO, NR, GJO to have a large hissy fit if that is not the right way of doing things. Well thank you :)
