Death Knight Soth

Soth landed his personal ship the Intruder II in a secure location not far from the Keep of the mysterious Black Hand Clan. He wasn't sure if it was curiosity or just plain intrigue that brought him here. Soth had been to many places over the last past five millennia and it was not uncommon for the young Vampire to venture where other's dare not. It was his Master, Saurron who had spoke of this clan an it arose a certain interest in him to pay them a visit, a visit from a distance. He was not spying, just observing. After all it was as the old saying goes, "Only fool's rush in." After Soth secured his ship he moved to a spot amongst the jagged rocks and boiling acrid pool's that were spotted about the seral landscape.

The landscape was erie and the Dark Knight found that his Cryo-suit was well needed in this hostile clement. He took out his powered binoculars and began to survey the landscape about him. The indicator on his wrist scanner indicated that no one was in the proximity. So he moved closer to a better vantage point to get a closer look.

"Hurm...Interesting indeed."

Evil Hobgoblin

It was slight.

The change in Bast's aura had changed, that was sure. But it was almost impossible to tell. Had Hob not lived in Bast since its' construction, he might have missed it. Had he not been the gatekeep for months on end detecting exactly this sort of thing from each visitor, he might have missed it.

But both those were factors, and so Hob caught the fact that someone was visiting Vjun.

He paused in his telekinetic practice and set down the two large rocks he had held in the air, and when they were on the ground he sent his mind out.

There was a very cold place not far away. Two very cold places...

Abruptly, the energy in the air coalesced, forming a duplicate image of Hob. The illusion's eyes gazed up, and through them Hob saw both physical reality and the vibrating pulses of energy, flowing in a systemic circuit that could be nothing if it was not man-made.

There was a ship there.

Which, in turn, begged the question: should Hob investigate the ship, or follow the trail of disturbance and footprints left by its' owner?

After a moment, the illusion floated upwards towards the bottom hull of the spacecraft.
