View Full Version : Concerning Roul....

;; Enters quietly, his cloak flowing behind him in tune with the shadow's in which he passes. It breaks away suddenly as he haults and bows before the council, his form revealing it's self with no tricks of the mind or light. Jeseth awaits their instruction. ;;

Lady DeVille

De'Ville sits at the central table, leaning back in her chair. "We are here to hear what you have to say. I trust that Viscera will be here soon?"

She sat up and leaned slightly forward over the table, fingering a datapad.

"Yes... I beleive so. I do not wish to commence our discussion until he has arrived."

*Enters, bows to the council, then stands by the side of Lord Cloak.*

"I must apologize for the delay. Are the circumstances still the same as they were after the discussion with Mr. Prent?"

Jeseth Cloak
Feb 28th, 2001, 07:31:57 AM
"Yes... I'm afraid so... While he will engage in the pursuit of Roul, I beleive military action may still be needed to assure that his forces do not attempt to protect him, or retaliate against us."

;; Jeseth slowly rises, the turns to the council. ;;

Darth Viscera

*Viscera turns to face the Council*

"In that case, I would like to suggest that a small coalition fleet be mobilized, with myself commanding. Jeseth would be the chief diplomatic officer, as he is a great mediator. If necessary, the fleet would be capable of engaging Roul's rebel fleet, and landing enough troops to sieze New Cov. Although, I must not neglect to mention that I have assurances from Mr. Prent that an engagement may not actually occur."

Garrett Blade
Feb 28th, 2001, 10:06:03 AM
*Garrett enters without hesitation and stands before the council...*

On the contrary Viscera, Roul is a tricky little bugger. I suspect that he will thrown everything he has got against us. he has too much pride to allow us to win. If I may, once Beta Fleet has finished it's current operation concerning Talus and Tralus, I shall take beta Fleet and engage Rouls...." fleet" and annihilate it. Then, I shall deploy our Wookkie Elite Shock troops and overrun New Cov and reclaim our rightful territory. Though it is only a suggestion...

;; Jeseth turns to Garret and glares ;;

I sense your feelings on this matter aren't fully clear, Blade... You wish to strike against Roul because you hold a personal grudge, am I not correct?

Garrett Blade
Feb 28th, 2001, 01:45:23 PM
*Garrett momentarily ponders the question outloud somewhat...*

What the hell kind of a question IS that anyway? "Are your feelings on this matter clear?" Of course they're clear...DARTH ROUL GOIN' DOWN!!!

*Garrett once again turns to the council...*

Seriously! Who better to attack Roul than the one person that would not object to tearing him limb from limb? His fleet will be no match for beta leet, and possibly Alpha if Roebuck so wishes. As for any ground forces he has, they would be suicidal to oppose them. Meanwhile, I could take Fenix with me to get Roul himself whilst the battle rages on. I'd take Shiva too but she's has not gave birth yet. What say you council?

Lady DeVille
Feb 28th, 2001, 04:13:40 PM
"GARRETT!" De'Villle turned to the Sith Knight. "You are not a part of this discussion, and will be escorted out."

Blade leaves, escorted by four guards. She returns her attention to Jeseth and Viscera. "You have put a bounty hunter on Roul's tail?"

ooc: Blade, you are not supposed to be in here. If you are giving yourself access STOP IT! You are NOT a part of the council, you did NOT ask for access to the room, so DO NOT POST IN HERE! /ic:

Lady Vader

*LV shook her head*

LV: Sanis is no bounty hunter, but he will most definitely get the job done.

*she turned to Vicera*

LV: That is, of course, if he's getting paid well. If Sanis requires any help, we will provide. But I have a feeling that he will be taking care of this just fine on his own or with people he deems appropriate for such a mission.

*she became thoughtful*

LV: Though a strike force wouldn't hurt if we plan on taking New Cov.

Viscera turned to LV

I have put out no bounty on Roul. However, I get the feeling that someone else has, from my talks with Mister Prent. Shall I mobilize a small assault fleet, my lady?

Lady DeVille

Yes-via diplomacy at first. If all else fails we then use force but his forces are miniscule to ours:

Ground forces:

Roul-100,000 battle droids

TSO-countless battledroids and troops and several billion Mech-Wookie Warriors.

Fleets:

Roul-Fleet Intruder

TSO-'Nuff said!

And I could enjoy some butt kicking, seeing as how my Coruscant thread did not turn into the epic RP that I had hoped.

(ooc) I think it'd be a pleasant display of our power to wipe his forces out or force him to surrender of his own free will... :) First Roul, then... the GJO. Muahahaha...

OOC: De'Ville, Garrett asked me to tell you that he clicked on the Council Forum and was allowed in and so assumed that since he was a moderator then he must have automatic access. He didn't know he wasn't supposed to post in here and formally apologises.

Roul has ilegally passed through the quarantine zone at Coruscant, by entering Coruscant, which is under the control of the Empire. His ship is not licensed to go near the planet legally, and he is now on the planet, so he can be arrested under Imperial law as contraband. I must admit, the method that Mister Prent used to lure him to the planet was quite....effective.

EDIT~This paragraph is repetitive, isn't it?

Roul has been delivered into TSO custody:

Now, only Garrett Blade remains to be dealt with.

Can somebody tell me what on EARTH is going on?

I didn't know Roul was going to be captured anymore. So before we continue with this blind madness...

I thought TSO was on good terms with Roul once again and now you go and capture him like this?

This has suprised me, I thought the problems with Roul had been resolved. My previous post wasn't that difficult to understand!

Lady DeVille
Mar 12th, 2001, 03:38:59 PM
It was my impression that the difficulties had been resolved. However, the earlier comments about Roul seem to have caused you, Viscera, to this route. When I personally made a comment about hiring someone to teach him a lesson, I never intended that action to be traced back to TSO.

Seems to have been a misunderstanding.

Anbira Hicchoru
Mar 12th, 2001, 04:13:19 PM
This course of action has been in the works for quite a while, and has been quite open for dissention up until execution. If you objected to its implementation, you should have simply spoken up sooner.

Lady DeVille
Mar 12th, 2001, 04:51:34 PM
I was out of it for a week, and I forgot. Ok, well, lets do it.

Admiral Roebuck
Mar 12th, 2001, 05:20:57 PM
Hmmm...no matter for how long the operation has been underway, it was certainly not to my impression that this was wanted by TSO or it's Council. To my knowledge, the conflict with Roul was resolved.

Jeseth Cloak

To quote Lando Calrissian: "What the meaning of this? I thought we had a deal!"

You all know the next line is.

Lady DeVille
Mar 13th, 2001, 10:31:44 AM
Well, something has to be done with him. I'm going to go pick him up. Perhaps an alliance can still be salvaged. ? Someone stop me if I am in the wrong. But no one has responded to Viscera's thread.

Darth Viscera
Mar 13th, 2001, 12:35:56 PM
An alliance????? He should be punished as a prisoner of war, his assets reclaimed for TSO.

Anbira Hicchoru
Mar 13th, 2001, 12:37:41 PM
I agree with my apprentice. His claims are not on any solid legal ground. We can commute sentence, but I cannot see us simply returning him to his little pseudo-empire.

Lady DeVille
Mar 13th, 2001, 04:24:40 PM
So it is written.

I have been confused, hearing that we had decided one thing, and then hearing an opposing position.

I feel better now. :)

Live Wire

I was the one crying for blood when this all first started!!!

Admiral Roebuck
Mar 14th, 2001, 03:18:02 PM
Roebuck leaned back in his comfortable chair, the leather squeaked as he did but his eyes surveyed the Sith dissapprovingly. He shook his head for a brief moment and drank from the tall glass of fresh orange juice, which he had been holding.

Placing it down he first looked over to and addressed Viscera.

"My good fellow, I'm afraid the impression I'm recieving from you is one of greed and lust for things of irrelivance, such materialistic attitudes are something I'd associate with an Imperial. That which you are of course, but you are also a Sith and there is no need to kill Roul or take what is his, legaly or not. He has been a long serving member of TSO and has been well known since the days of TSC. You're experience as both a Sith and a member of this group is limited therefore I personally do not approve of your attitude towards such a long serving Sith Master."

After concluding what he had to say, he turned in his seat somewhat to face Anbira at whom he arched an eyebrow with curiousity as he said, "Anbira, old boy; don't take this as an offense but I would've thought you'd have had more sense. You sounded just like a greedy old Imperial then, take his life, take his belongings, take this, take that. I thought you Sith had some honor and respect towards each other. Yet this lust for blood..." as he said this he looked around making eye contact with Live Wire and Lady De'Ville, "...is what caused the original demise of the Sith, self-annihilation. Sith, be wary, history may repeat itself."

Darth Viscera
Mar 14th, 2001, 04:53:41 PM
Viscera took a breath, trying to calm himself

"Roul betrayed this group, and in doing so threatened and actually attempted to fragment the sith. You should not allow such a traitor to go unpunished. Sanis Prent captured the traitor, and in doing so, largely removed the threat. He should be commended."

Anbira Hicchoru
Mar 14th, 2001, 05:05:43 PM
:: Anbira looked at the Admiral ::

No offense taken. I stand by my actions wholeheartedly. Roul was interfering with the greater designs of the Order. His claims to our property were questionable at best, and even to claim allied sovereignity...it is an affront to our power and a setback.

Regarding the prisoner...do with him as you wish, as long as he is never let out of our sight again.

And as for Honor...I see no honor in half measures that prolong war. I am here to win, and win quickly. I will have no interferences or distractions.
