It was decided on an odd number so there would be no ties in votes, so yes. Because it was Gav who decided on this and we wouldn't want to not live up to his wants.

I was under the impression Gav that it was an IC commitment, and also that Roebuck was on the council to replace Gav

No Gav...I think it was explained in the other thread....that roebuck is acting as an advisor to the council....but doesnt actually hold a council seat. The council is an IC arrangement but because we know who you are OOC your word holds wieght.

No dagger you were the one that replaced Gav, DeVille replaced Jen....but Dagger was supposed to be a temp replacement because at the time Gav was coming back..once Gav died Dagger got the position permanently.

I don't know about you all, but I still count 5 council members... and as far as I can remember, 5 is an odd number...
