Question about shipyards at TSO

If TSO does not have a customer yard it should, thats maximizing TSO's potential. To say we shouldn't would ba absurd at the least especially since yes we are guarenteed one customer shipyard.

If anyone here needed a ship for themselves they could get it via the customer shipyards. If someone else wanted one, they could get it here.

It would make TSO seem all the more oh I dont know....something that looks more like an actual group instead of a group several steps behind everyone else in the current RP reality.

Or should we just go back to shooting spit balls when an SSD stops beside us?

I was just curious since I'm not well versed in building ships, so I really wasn't sure what the purpose of a customer shipyard was - but I guess that makes sense.
