Hmmmm this is just the ruff RUFF draft but I like the pic and bg, I'll work on the text. What was the name of your Crime group again? What do you think so far? I decided to go with Reptile from MK Gold since you said you wanted someone like Cell.

I got some new Reptile pics and lightning bgs off the net I'm gonna play around and see what I can do. Glad you like the basic idea though.
