Ah yes. I remember when I was sixteen. It was the gruelings days of late 1998, and all was well. Cats fell from trees, and money grew in the sewers. You could eat a hot dog without having to worry about whether it was infested with the AIDS virus, ecoli, or mad cow disease. Politicians flew amongst the birds in their zeppelins, and the daily autogyro to Siam was only a nickel. Airplanes were still newfangled devices, and the aerodromes to support them were just beginning to sprout up like dodos. There was no alcohol consumption age law; you were old enough to drink when you were old enough to order a drink.

I remember it well myself, Visc... The good old days, when Taco Bell put real meet in their Tacos, and the Tacos were only about 8 cents. Paper was made from Raw Hide, and Trees were still a new fad... Man, what ever happen to those strange lizard things? They called them... di - no - sores, I think. It's been too long... :(

It used to be that you could get a half dozen tacos for two bits, and they were just like the ones that Aunt Jemima used to make, too. Sure, the taco shells were ersatz, but the great war was on, and we had to ration our prostitutes. I've got to admit, though, that day Uncle Ben came in with a tree glued onto his head, I thought he had gone crazy.
