On the Construction of More Ship Yards, Factories, and Mining Operations On Dennaskar?

First mining ops and extraction of natural resources. We don't have the resources to build nor manage any more ship yards at the moment. About 60% of the resources are being put towartds the Zeus Project however as soon as we take a planet or two more, we can begin construction of more ships and shipyards.
