I have conquered a system of 14 the Circarpous system. I intend to begin Shipyard construction on it's middle planets Circarpous 6-9. I will be raising 16 40Km shipyards. as a gift i Have presented to TSO Circarpous 13 and 14 to do as you please. I am requesting help from TSO's fleet to cover my production crews while we raise these shipyards. I feel that for the gift I have presented you, some assitance isn't very much to ask. reply as soon as possible for i wish to begin construction today.
