I am wondering, how do we determine who gets access here and who doesn't? When you become a knight, do you get access? Or do you have to prove yourself in some way?

Xarkz Chaos should have access, in my humble opinion. I don't think there are others. Does Tholuem have access? Comments and rules, opinions welcome...

at this point everyone with the rank of knight should have access. That was the general rule. Unless there were odd circumstances like when DDC's loyalty was questioned and such. Yes Tholeum and Chaos should have access
