I have written up a draft of laws that will bo submitted in 24 hours to the council. The draft is to be debated on and then voted on by the members of TSO. I would have them typed up today but because of OOC time restrictions I cant. So come back in 24 hours. These problems must be resovled.

The Council has supream control over the fleet and the army.

I completely disagree with this as it is limiting and restricting. Not only that but it takes away a members authority and command. For example, Roebuck is the Grand Admiral of TSO Naval Forces and if a call is to be made it should be made without having to request the permission of the Council.

The Council should have the power to remove a persons rank and authority with just cause but they cannot directly control the military of the faction as stated.

Yeah, you gotta change that dude.

And Gav, I do think that the military falls under the Council. But we make our own choices in defense and attack. But in RPGs and Campaigns, I think we would need permission.

For campaigns such as the taking of a system etc. permission is required to carry it out but a Council members orders do not over rule an individual of high military rank unless they have the same or higher rank in that military faction.

Military falls under chain of command rather than council but as you've said, we'd need permission for campaigns and certain roleplays.

I propose we scrap the idea of charging credits for items we produce. Nobody uses credits on the boards and there is no effective means of putting a credits system to use anyway. The best way to trade is on a quid-pro-quo basis.
