alright, I've brought this to your attention before, but I'll do it again to confirm answers:

Admiral Juyner asked me again if the alliance between our two fleets was still possible. I told him I think it would be beneficial to both parties. so, I told him I'd speak with the Council. TSO fleet would grow considerably with the addition of Death Fleet, yet remain well under the numbers in accordance with the "rules" because we are still two seperate groups united through an alliance. what say you? is the alliance good to go?

also...

before TSO was started, I was an allied member of Black Sun, under Xizor... but then Xizor left and Black Sun fell by the wayside. now it has been started up again and is being led by Vigo Sasseeri Reeouurra. I would like the Council's permission to open relations and possibly an alliance with them. what say you?

Death Fleet? An alliance would bring strength to TSO -I am in agreement with you, Lady Vader.

As for Black Sun, and Vigo Reeouurra, I do not personally care for either of them. If it came to a vote I would vote nay.

Even though I'm not on the council, I am still Admiral of Beta Fleet. I warlmy greet the Death fleet. As for the black sun, it would be an idea to monitor their activities carefully. They could act in ways with our allies that could cause them to act towards us differently. Eg, spread lies etc! Just a suggestion.

reading this, I see it is in agreement to add Death Fleet to our trusted allies... I will inform the Admiral...

as for Black Sun, an alliance would be benifical, but only with reserve... the majority shows it to be a good but cautious idea... I will begin negotiations and talks... and gather as much info as I possibly can about Black Sun...

An older thread, but may I ask why you beleive she leads the Black Sun? Who was the source of your information?

We were mistaken. She is part of the Sector Rangers, which which we are attempting an alliance.
