The rank of master

how should we go about promoting to this rank
(I am not sure how it is done here)
My thinking is (and what we do at TSF) is the knight should be trained by a master to gain the rank of master. In the training the master should teach the knight more complex things then what they learned as an aprentiance

I beileve a knight has to train at least 1-2 apprentices into knighthood

I'm not saying that thats wrong, just unnesseccary. Why should your power in the force be determined by your ability to train others?

I concur with Garrett...there is far more criterium involved. Each case is unique, and I don't think there should be a clear-cut litmus test to determine who should be a master.
