Two:we should invade Kuat. I have a plan but we should agree before we go forth

As to Kuat, I'd like to see the plan before we commit resources.

I have spoken with Seth and he belives that the NR naval forces are too great. I belive him. So I say we get the DA and the Empire involved if willing

I believe they would use a lot of their forces to defend Kuat. The NR is slowly growing again...

I do belive however that we can cause some destruction. I will present my plan in three days.

Most of the NR planets are heavily defended nowadays, so if we attack any better be very well defended. At the very least might want to send out some probes or spy ships to take measure of their defences if not make sure there is nothing hidden to take our forces down. The NR is getting sneaky lately with their defences.

Unfortunately for them, they only have two or thee people well versed in the fleets and those are not often on.
