Practicing to Perfection

*Galen walked back out onto the training grounds after a good night's sleep, refreshed and ready to practice his new-found skills.*

Hmm...where to begin? Perhaps with some simple saber moves.

*He lifted his tunic to reveal a slender metal cylinder and unclipped it from his waist. With the flip of a switch, a mesmerizing silver blade shot out of the end of it.*

*He started with some simple slices, speeding up the blade as he went. Soon, the saber resembled a silver pinwheel. Galen used the Force to guide his hand so he would not catch himself with it.*

I can do this all day, he thought to himself. Now to add some movement.

*Galen spun the saber in a figure-eight, as though he were attacking an opponent, and then leapt high in the air.*
