Death march through the city(Zeta)

[Malice Draclau]

Malice had lead Zeta out of the palace and into one of the nearby cities. Walking around, Malice stopped in a public park.

*Here is where we shall see if you are ready to train in the darkside*

Malice walked behind a tree, motioning for Zeta to do so as well. Once he had done so Malice sent him a force message.

*Tell me, are you capable of grasping onto a mind..say a childs mind and control them?*

Malice waited for his repy.

[Darth Zeta]

Zeta thought for a moment after getting Malice's force message. He could recall doing mind control before, but it had only been done with animals. He replied back to Malice through the force, not giving a yes or no answer.

I do not know, Master Malice. I see no reason why I should not be able to, for a have practiced such a form on small creatures, I have never failed each attempt. Do you wish for me to do this now, with one of the children?

[Malice Draclau]

Malice was silent for a moment, he was studing the park and the positons of the people within it. Soon he answered Zeta via the force.

*Indeed i do. There over by the swings....the little girl. Bring her over here, takeover her mind*

Malice waited a moment. This would be the first task Zeta was to do for malice....if he did not pass it, then it would be his last.

[Darth Zeta]

Zeta said not a word but merely nodded his head as he looked toward the girl on the swings. She had not had her attention placed toward where Zeta and Malice stood, behind the tree, but she would soon. Zeta stretched out with the force, stretching out with his senses. He tapped into the Darkside of the force, prodding the little girls mind. She turned her head suddenly toward Zeta and Malice's direction but did not yet remove herself from the swing. Zeta reached out more, connecting with her mind, allowing her to hear him.

Come..you will come...

His voice was soothing, calm, so as not to cause alarm to the girl, doing so only so that it would gain the little girls interest.

He continued on, beckoning her, after a minute the girl removed herself from the swing and began to make her way toward Zeta and Malice. Zeta continuing to control the girls mind as she got closer and closer.

[Malice Draclau]

Malice watched Zeta command the girl to come towards them.

(Yes that's it......come over here little one)

He thought to himself. Malice waited showing no emotion whatsoever.

[Darth Zeta]

After a minute the girl stopped, standing just in front of the tree now.

Zeta kept a hold on the girl's mind while also replying to his master.

Now what do you wish for me to do my Master?

[Malice Draclau]

Malice nothing,all he did was grin and look out towards the park. After a couple of minutes he replied back to Zeta.

*Well now you must deal with the parents. It would seem her little brother saw her walk away and told the parents. It also looks as though they have spotted you too*

Now this was getting ineresting, he wanted to see howZeta would react, Would he kill them,or persuade them that this was not their child using a mind trick. Malice tapped into the darkside, reaching out with the force, he grabbed hold of the childs mind. Releasing Zeta's hold.

* Go and deal with the parents. I would like to see how you would deal with this situation*

Malice spoke to him while having the girl walk farther into the woods towards Malice. The parents soon began to run after their daughter.

[Darth Zeta]

Zeta nodded and stepped out into plain view, the parents now turning toward his direction, fear showed on their face.

Parents: "Where is our daughter? What have you done to her??"

Zeta said nothing, only watched them with his eyes.

Parents: "Where is she!"(louder this time)

Zeta said nothing, he had been concentrating the whole time, searching through their minds. His left hand drew up and he snapped his fingers, both parents fell to the floor, they weren't dead they appeared to be sleeping now, by way of Zeta.

He had reached deeply into their minds, searching in the most deepest parts of their minds, the part that had kept them awake and alert, now, now Zeta controlled that part fo their mind and now they slept. They would sleep that way until Zeta stopped.

A sinister smile crossed his lips.

Master, you should let her go now, let her find her way back. I long to feel her fear when she is lost, scared and alone.

[Malice Draclau]

Malice nodded his head and went to one knee, Letting go of his hold the girl blinked and looked at Malice nervously. Grinning sadisticaly he eyed the girl.

*Boo*

Was all he said. But it was enough to send the girl running back towards the park...running back to her parents. But she could not find them...or her brother for that matter. The girl now just stood still and began to cry. Still hidden behind the tree line, Malice made his way to Zeta. Upon reaching him he pointed to the girl.

*She has seen us and could give us trouble should they make the girl talk. It would be even more fatal if a jedi were to go look around in her mind. You should do something....stealth and being unnoticed is one of the sith's best allies*

Malice loked as a couple people stared at the crying child.

[Darth Zeta]

Zeta reached into the girl's mind, finding the more deeper part of her mind, just as he had done with her parents. He snapped his fingers and the girl fell to the ground and slept. He then dove into the memory span of each sleeping user, locking hold upon their memory, wipping out any trace of memory that existed of either Malice or Zeta.

Master, we must go now. I have..taken care of things...

He cloacked his presence and began making his way into the forest, into the more hidden areas of the unknown.

[Malice Draclau]

As Zeta dissapeard into the forest, Malice began to draw on the darkforce around and within him. Lifting his hand he concentrated on the three sleeping bodies. Picturing fire in his mind, the three bodies burst into flames. Those around them ran screaming and shocked. Malice stood there for a few moments before turning and walking deeper into the forest as well.

Upon reaching Zeta Malice stopped him in his tracks. They had surely ended up in a darker area of the forest, a place where very little light shown through...and creatures with darkhearts roamed freely and unchallenged. Malice walked forwards before turning to face Zeta.

*Tell me Zeta....how much of the force do you know*

Zeta could manipulate the minds of the weak, but that would not help him at all against a jedi.

[Darth Zeta]

"I know nothing of the force, not enough to use it to my fullest of capabilities. I am sure I will learn such things in my training.."

He followed along side Malice, his hands clasped behind his back as he walked.

[Malice Draclau]

Nodding his head Malice looked at Zeta.

*Indeed you will apprenticeNow, for your first lesson, I want you to concentrate on the force. Use your anger and hatred, pain from past experiences to fuel your powers within the darkforce. When you feel ready i want you to levitate those two rocks you see before you*

Malice pointed to two medium sized rocks.

[Darth Zeta]

*Zeta concentrated on all his hate, anger, pain, focusing on the one Jedi that had almost cost him his life as a young male. He snarled, gritting his teeth together. He focused no the rocks, focusing his energy, power into them. Slowly the rocks began to rise, at the same time. He did not quiver in his task, kept his focus as the rocks lifted two feet into the air, working their way up further into the air.*

[Malice Draclau]

Malice nodded his head in approval.

*Good, good. Now, try and push them further away from you, that is known as force push*

[Darth Zeta]

Zeta only seemed to grit his teeth harder together in resonse as he concentrated. The rocks seemed to just hover ni the air, shaking and stirring about as Zeta struggled for a time. He invisioned the two rocks in his minds eye, as if they were being pushed. It only took a few seconds more before such a goal was actually accomplished by Zeta. He watched as the rocks flew backwards for a time, but they started to drift downward as they flew through the air. Zeta concentrated even more, keeping the rocks moving backwards in a straight pattern.

[Malice Draclau]

*Excellent. Now, make them fly towards you and into your hands. That is known as force pull*

Drawing on the darkside, alice concentrated on a medium sized rock a few feet away. Te rock soon levitated and floated towards him landing in his hand.

*Do it like that. And incase i havent told you yet, i don't tolerate failure*

[Darth Zeta]

Zeta kept the rocks levitated in the air, where they had stopped after they had been pushed. Force pull was the exact opposite of his first task, so he had no problem with the second move, only problem would be was to make them stop where he wanted them. He visioned in his minds eye, the rocks moving backwards, not too fast and not too slow, they came toward him in the real picture of things. He almost struggled as the rocks came to a stop near his hands, they levitated in the air for a moment, before landing swiftly into his two hands.

[Malice Draclau]

Malice nodded his head in aproval.

*Good. ok we are done with the rocks....for today. You past your first lesson of the force, good for you*

Malice could see a hint of tiredness on the red and black face of his apprentice.

*Still wanna train....or have you had enough for today*

Malice waited for an answer. Wether he said yes or no was not a matter to Malice for neither was a wrong choice.

[Darth Zeta]

Zeta knew he could stop if he wanted to, even though he had grown tired. However, he was anxious to learn more. His wishing to learn overruled his tiredness.

"I wish to continue, Master."

[Malice Draclau]

Malice nodded his head.

*Ok then, follow me*

He led Zeta up to a tree, with branches that stuck out every 10 stories. The highest branch stood out about 50 stories high.

*You will now learn force jump, and to do this simply concentrate your force energy into your legs. when you jump up, let the force come out through the soles of your feet. I want you to jump on the highest branch you think you can reach*

Drawing on the force, Malice concentrated on it, centering it into his feet. As jumped into the air, he shot the force out through his feet propelling him higher then the norm. He easily landed on the branch that was 40 feet high. Looking down he called out to Zeta.

*Now you do it*

[Darth Zeta]

Zeta drew upon the darkside of the force, letting it flow throughout his entire body. once he felt the darkside flow through him fully, he brought the energy and power of it, into his legs. He boosted the darkness into his feet and set off. Jumping into the air, he concentrated on a tree that was 20 ft in size. He jumped, keeping his stregth in his legs, landing on the highest branch within that tree.

[Malice Draclau]

Malice looked up at Zeta and gave him a sly grin. Leaning against the trunk of the tree he called up to him.

*No, let's see you make a soft lading back onto the ground. To do that you simply draw the force into your feet once more, and as you fall let it flow through your feet to slow you down and cushin(sp?) your landing*

This time Malice stayed put and watched to see how Zeta would do.

[Darth Zeta]

Zeta let the power fo the darkside flow through him, as he jumped, he let the force flow into his two feet. He found that as he began to fall, he was fallinmg more slowly. As he landed, he lost his balance some, wabbling, but never falling off his feet. He could not be perfect, but he had done well enough for his first try.

[Malice Draclau]

Looking down Malice called out to Zeta.

*That's enough for today. You may continue practicing on your own if you wish. I shall stay here for a little bit*

Drawing on the force Malice began jumping fron tree to tree getting further and further into the woods. Using the force he spoke to Zeta.

*Tomorrow we shall continue your training. So make sure you have a saber...wether you make your own or not is of no concern to me. You are dismissed*

With that Malice continued on his way. He would once again begin self training.

Very well

Zeta slowly made his way out of the area, trying to find a place he could stay. He needed some much needed rest so that he could be fully prepared for tomorrow. He knew his Master would seek him out and find him the next day, or vise versa.

[Malice Draclau]

The nextday, at exactly 5:30 A.M Malice sent a force message to Zeta.

*Wake up apprentice, it's time to begin your training. I want you in the training grounds in 20 minutes*

A sly grin appeared on Malice's face. The palace was big and he knew very well tat he had not shown Zeta where the training grounds were. It would take him more then 20 minutes to find it.....by then Malice would have found a suitable punishment for his lateness.

*One more thing, if your late, well.....it wont be good for you let's put it that way*

Malice laughed at himself as he felt through the force his apprentice moving around.

[Darth Zeta]

I...will not be late, my Master.

Being as how the bond between Master and apprentice was made known the very moment Zeta had begun his training with Malice, his force presence was immediately connected with Malice's. Malice could feel Zeta's presence, but it was just the same with Zeta. All he had to do was follow his Master's force presence....


And so, no more than fifteen minutes later, he arrived at the training grounds, with five minutes to spare at his specific destination.

He approached Malice slowly, a sinister smile crossing his lips.

"The bond between Master and Apprentice is rather a strong one. Just as you can seek my presence, I can seek yours, my Master. It is the way of things..the force signatures between Apprentice and Master are quite strong, and will always remain...unless broken."

[Malice Draclau]

Malice only grinned back at hs apprentice.

*Goo so you are learning more of the force already. so, do you have a lightsaber*

Taking off his cloak, Malice unclipped his doublebladed saber and ignited both sides. His two white blades luminted the dark area.

*If not then there are some behind that door over there*

He pointed to a door behind and off to the left of Zeta.

[Darth Zeta]

"I have my own.."

He pulled back his own black cloak, removing his double bladed red lightsaber from his belt. He twirled the weapon before him, yet did not yet ignite it, awaiting instruction from his Master. However, he was fully prepared to ignite his weapon should his Master not say anything to him and just simply attack him.

[Malice Draclau]

Malice grinned at Zeta.

*Very well*

Using force speed he quickly ran at Zeta jumping up and over him landing softly on the ground behind him. Quietly he whispered into Zeta's ears.

*Then attack me apprentice. Show me what you can do*

Malice took a few steps back holding his saber up in a deffensive stance.

[Darth Zeta]

He noded once as he turned around to face his Master. Slwoly he began to pace in front of Malice, trying to find the opportune time to attack Malice. He found the right moment, and took it. He quickly ignited both ends of his saber, but did not attack quite yet. Waiting for at least three seconds and then he brought his saber in front of him he spun it rapidly and then aimed it at Mailice's left shoulder. He saw that Malice would block it and so he brought his saber to another spin motion and this time aimed for Malice's right rib cage. He kept his double bladed lightsaber just in front of him so that he could block his Master's shots/

Malice quickly saw the switch and brought his saber outwards to bat Zeta's saber to the side. Stepping forward the knight gave a few quick slashes aiming at Zeta's left and right sides. Seeing him block it with ease a dark smile came over his face.

*Good your deffensive skills are good. Remember you can use the force to enhance your fighting ability, such as blocking or attacking*

As soon as he said that he again began to attack. Making random slashes all aimed at Zeta's ribs. Malice slowy started drawing on the force, letting the darkside increase his speed. The slashes started comeing faster and faster towards Zeta.

At first the apprentice found himself not being able to keep up, his Master's moves much too skilled and quick for his own moves to catch.

However, he remembered what his Master had just told him and he soon figured out that his Master was using the force to enhance his speed, this was the cause of Zeta not being able to catch on to his own Master's moves.

He too drew upon the Darkside of the force, letting it flow through him, especially toward his weapon.

Soon after, he found himself catching his Master's move with better ease, blocking his Master's moves in time. A few times on his own he was able to catch his Master off guard, slashing at an unprotected side every now and again.
