The Darkness of Space and Time

Videl walked into her room, flanked by her constant companions Shiji and Kuroi, her wolf and panther. Sitting down on her bed, Videl then leaned back against the headboard and shut her eyes, letting the tendrils strands of her hair fall over her eyes and as she bowed her head slightly. Black as a starless night, the panther known as Shiji pounced nimbly onto the bed and leaned his head on her shoulder, his whiskers close to tickling her face but not quite. Watching her with murky brown eyes, one of which had a jagged scar going over the left eye, Kuroi waited a moment before jumping up on the bed and settling down at her feet. Videl paid them both no heed, lost in her thoughts, remembering days of two years prior.

Videl looked up after awhile, she had gone through many months of memories and remembered what she had wanted to. She sighed slightly, it had been far too long since she had done much since she had done nothing but train alone night and day from the time she had come here. Sure she was much stronger now but still she waited, the time to use what she had learned could come soon enough. Absentmindedly she ran her fingers through her wolf's thick ebony coat while he made a low growl before she looked out the window and over the grounds. Her thoughts wandered again as she thought over when to unleash her new strength on the Jedi.
