Question: is this tidbit general knowledge? In other words, would the general public know that the TSO is headquartered on Corellia, or would a person have to learn this information through sneaky, underhanded methods such as bribery, extortion, and tracking?

um no its pretty much common knowledge. This was where TSC was based and everyone generally knows that.
