OOC - Cheap ISPs

I need to know of a cheap ISP, not a free one. Ever since I first got online I've been using free services. Well, I'm tired of their bull. So, I need to know of the cheapest. I know cheap isn't the right word here, but I look to a good saying I know to sum up my feelings.

So, with that said, please, elighten me.

Please include this information, if you have it.

1) Does it come with unlimited use?
2) Does it throw you off frequently for no reason?
3) Is it easy to connect?
