I'm wondering what is the code used to make it so you can have ppl IM and e-mail you from your sig?

It's called Image Mapping. It's HTML.

I use a freeware program called "Hotspot's Imagemapper" or something along those lines. It does the html for you. I misplaced the URL but a search engine should turn up results.

Or I could do the image mapping for you. Takes about five seconds once you have the image and URLs you're using. Just ask.
