Tuna and Detention

Have you ever noticed how people aren't random enough? I was sitting in history class today thinking about this and I decided to brighten the day of those who also realize the horrible truth that the world is too conformed. I yelled "tuna!" just as Mr.Hillcrest was talking about Lewis and Clark. You would think that after explaining to him that I was simply trying to make the world a less dreary place that he would understand. But nooooooooo...I get a detention. All because I was random. It even says on my detention slip, and I quote "student was being disruptively random". And so during detention I thought about the meaning of life and had a major mental breakthrough. So it wasn't a total loss.

*ahem* I, Jakob McLachlan of British Columbia, Canada have surpassed my own record today at School. When I was just a young lad, I was given a challenge by a very wise man named John...my next door neighbor. "Don't stress out about school...speak your mind.". I think John would have been proud of me. I, Jakob James McLachlan, have had detention three days this week and today, Wednesday the 19 of December 2001, 2 days before winter vacation, had ISS as well. You may ask why? you may not but I shall tell you anyways...because I am fullfilling my New Years Resolution: to be totally random. And so I will sleep well tonight, knowing I have surpassed my prrevious accomplishments. And when I wakr tomorrow I will be FREE! I will find another way in which to ease the drearyness of the world. Because it is a new day...filled with opportunities. Thank-you.
