MGD - Beer that tastes like ass

Sake - Warm liquor crap that tastes like ass

Tequila - Mexican alcoholic worm-sweat; only safe in Long Islands or Margaritas. Never drink straight

Vodka - Communist liquid propaganda, only safe in Screwdrivers, Kamikazes, Long Islands, or mixed with sprite. Never drink straight.

There's your direct causes there. You took some of the assiest alcohol on earth and mixed it in all the wrong ways. You DESERVE to throw up. The only thing you could have done to worsen the situation is to maybe change the MGD to Natty and add a Kaiser punch (3 shots Jagermeister, 1 shot Tabasco).

Drinking is one of those things that falls under the KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid) rule.

1. Drink beer. Good Beer. Preferably imported. Preferably Guinness or Sapporo. But the Guinness must come from a tap or can, or you must bow to the Beer God and repent for buying the bottled version.

2. Drink Whiskey. This one is a philosophical debate. I'm not going to cast hellfire and brimstone on you because you drink Jack Daniels. Its good whiskey, but not the best. Nevertheless, it IS good whiskey, and if you drink it, your mortal soul is still relatively safe. However, quaff thee of the Evil E (Evan Williams) and you must spend 9 eternities retching out your toenails. That is liquid ass, and must never be touched by human lips. No, but the path to glory lies within two particular imbibations. Jim Beam, of o' Kentucky glory and my personal favorite liquid sin...and Crown Royal (the only reason we haven't gone to war with Canada).

3. Drink Mixed Drinks. Yes, it is okay, but you must be responsible enough to know when, where, and how to do so. You must never imbibe mixed drinks when it may make you appear to look gay. This includes if you're listening to Enya. If listening to Enya, you must drink Guinness, and add coffee grounds for manly measure. I repeat, NEVER drink mixed drinks if you are in danger of looking gay. If you watch the movie "Beaches" with a collection of housewives from your apartment complex, you must gargle every five minutes with everclear, and pray for a coma. However, if you are in a place where wearing a hawaiian shirt isn't deemed abnormal, you may consume CERTAIN mixed drinks. Avoid the following, no matter what:

Cosmopolitan
Buttery Nipple

These drinks are just plain wrong, and even if you have a hawaiian shirt on, you will look pretty gay if you drink them.

Sake is produced from fermenting rice. Hence, it generally refered to as 'rice wine', although its alchohol content puts it on par with many forms of hard liquor.

And, contrary to the beliefs of some around here, there are some good domestic (American) beers... you just have to know what to look for.
