And Nash, a better idea is to ignore a traitor. Throwing a rock is a waste of energy. They only they to stuff themselves with their own self importance by trying to get an exclaimation or raise out of us. The most wounding thing we can do is to strike the traitor from our records and from our hearts and thence, their deed only has an effect on themselves.

For they truly wise know that when you betray your friends, the one whom is hurt the most is the betrayer themselves.
