Me and my friends have recently begun a new RP to break away from an old one where the leader broke her own rules, and had a very erratic temper.

I've noticed on that board, this one, and the Sith empire all have like, 600+ members, and good activity (at least 20 active). I was wondering how it got like that, how you got word out, where you advertized if you did, ect.

The board is here

pub72.ezboard.com/bdragonballeternity (http://pub72.ezboard.com/bdragonballeternity)

You can edit that out if you don't want it posted.

Thanks for any help.

One of the big reasons is that we are attached to a much larger community of Roleplayers - and as well we have existed for 3 years.

yeah, GJO was the first Jedi extension of SWFans, which had over 7,000 members before it moved to a vBB. The easiest way to get it advertised would be to go around in the ezboard showcase and advertise at every board that is advertised in the showcase forum. Most of those boards want to trade members with other boards.
