In every post, somebody comes in and sits in a dark corner. How many corners does this place have?!?!

well, to be pickey, if you zoomed in close enough, a straght line would look like ^^^^^. So, billions :)

a lot, besides everyone loves dark corners, also... who says that they stay in that corner, people can't stay in a bar all the time.... unles syou're an NPC bartender.

Sitting in the corner is simply good strategic positioning. Good way to defend yourself without having to worry with what is behind you.

Sitting with your back to the wall, facing the door is the best position.

Just started reading Dune, and that same point was in the beginning. I looks like an interesting read.

But I think the best positioning would be to sit on the same side of the door, and put a mirror on the other side of the room so that an intruder would attack the mirror with your reflection :)
