A sad day indeed

Shade walked into the normally cheerful place and walked over to a table in the back instead of his table near the front. He sat down and ordered a bottle of whiskey and waited for it to come back. He was planning on drowning out his worries for tonight so maybe he could think clearly in the morning.

When Shade got his bottle of alcohol, e wasted no time in downing half of it. He sat there staring at the other alf, trying to concentrate and see how drunk he was, but he didn't go that long before his head dropped to the table and he sat like that thinking about and running his fight with his brother over and over in his head.

After four hours and two bottles of liquior Shade thought that he would go and try to do some training, but when he got up and tried to take a step he fell and found that he had not even gotten out of his chair. He dicided to just sit there for a moment and catch his breath before he got up and after making sure he was standing he picked the chair up and sat back down on it deicding it would be best to just stay there for the night. The next thing he remembered was watching a gust of wind blow up a scrap of paper before his whole world went black.
