[Aura Allei]

Aura enters the bar, giving up her two saber hilts with a grumble, to the adamant Guard, as she takes a seat by the bar, hoping to meet her fellow Padawans, and discuss each other's training, or just have a good time and indulge in spirits.

Teetering in with weaving steps, Dasquian makes his way through the growing masses of Jedi towards Aura, sensing the sociable mood she'd set herself in.

"Good evening!"

(Taataani noses her way into Aura's business, sitting next to her)

(She claps her hands together)

(Taa didn't really understand what the female was talking about, but she listened intently, her ears perked up and showed an attentive face.)

(Taa ordered a bowl of Sajoi, small food rodents with long tails)

Dasquian wrinkled his nose and chuckled at the feline - she was very much like the one that had tried to charm him when he'd first came here.

"Will you be joining us in the celebrations then?"

[Seerrasseei Tsseerra]

Seer watches from a far, yawning slightly as she stretches, Morrouw mews a little at the movement. Seer purrs for a moment to calm him which does the trick as always. (another forrda gathering?) She notices the new Cizerack next. (Hmm? never seen that one before, reminds me of Saa for some odd reason) Seer yawned again in boredom.

Aura smiled at Taataani, as she couldn't discipher her language, she spoke to her through the force..

(Taataani finished wolfing down one of the squealing Sajoi, the tail slurping through her lips like a piece of spaghetti. With a cursory licking of her lips, she turned to the male, smiling widely)

Oh how posssjitjiveljy adorrrable! He even ssspeaksss when not ssspoken to! jYou hjyuu-mannsss arrre ssso bjizarrre and excjitjing!

(She adjusted her glasses)

Oh, and he'sss qujite the handsssome bjit of flesssh, jisssn't he? Oh what fun to be had...

(She flutters her ears, deciding to be polite and answer the silly male's question)

Of courrrssse! jI neverrr mjissssss a parrrtjy. But jit ssshould be EXCjITjING!!! And of courrrssse, we'll need morrre food!

(She nodded to herself, smiling as she reached for another squirming rodent, her tongue running over her visible canines)

Xazor saw a small gathering taking place in the bar and decided to check it out. She saw Aura and Dasquian and smiled at them.

Greetings. I heard that there was a party this way?

Xazor asked, grinning slightly.

(Taataani sidled over to Xazor, passing her another bowl...this time full of several small, green tree snakes native to planet Yavin. Taa winked, adjusting her glasses as she plucked one of the snakes from the bowl, stuffing it into her mouth like a piece of licorice. She grinned, talking to Xazor with her mouth half full of snake)

Aura didn't think she reached Taataani, so she used body language to communicate..

"Greetings Xazor, nice to see you, please sit down and have a drink on me."
She smiled.

(Taa chomped down the rest of the reptile, wiping her mouth with the back of her hand as she looked to the bar, ears drooping some.)

Dasquian laughed nervously at the feline nodding lightly as he glanced at the array of food she was currently indulging in. He smiled at Xazors arrival whilst wondering exactly what the drink or food was that the 'cat' had just ordered for them all.

"Good evening Xazor."

"Cmon Xazor lighten up, have a drink with me...Dasquian, bring your feline friend. Time to forget our troubles and differences."

Aura looks at Xazor and puts a hand on her shoulder.

Xazor nodded and put her hand on Aura opposite shoulder.

She said, forcing a slight smile as she looked down at the bowl of..........snakes in front of her.

She said quietly.

(Taa took the bowl back reluctantly)

(She grinned toothily, grabbing another one. When Xazor spoke of JD, her ears twitched)

::Azhure is dressed in a skirt and a silky top, a party mood and a want to get a little high. Time to clelebrate..well to celebrate anything!::

Xazor smiled at the Cizerack.

JD? Oh, it's just an herbal drink.........

She lied with a big grin on her face. She knew she shouldn't drink it for the reaction it had on her, but it was a party........who cared!

(Taataani made a face)

Xazor laughed and patted the Ciz on the back.

Try it and tell me how much of a plant it tastes like........

She laughed more now and a grin came across her lips.

(Taataani held the glass full of brown liquid close to her nose, giving it a few inspecting sniffs. Alcoholic, naturally. It smelled both sweet and strong, with a spice to it in the background. No scents to indicate anything poisonous. Her curiosity fully aroused, the felinoid tilted the glass back, gulping it down noisily.)

glurp...glurp...glurp...glurp....aahhhhhh.....

(Taa's ears drooped low, and she smiled, smacking her lips)

Ahhh....thjisss tassstesss much ljike Kana'ssseeji, but ljighterrr. jIt jisss good!

(She turned to the bartender)

Brrrjing mjy frrrjiend a Kana'ssseeji now, male!

(Her lips split into a toothy smile as the man went to prepare the drink for Xazor. He brought her a wide-mouthed glass, filled with a deep reddish liquor)

[Xazor]

Xazor took the glass and looked at the liquid. Without hesitation, she took a big sip of it and smiled as it went down her throat.

This is good stuff!

She said, slamming down half the glass.

::Azhure watches interested in both the women's activities and smiles, time to get drunk, party on and forget about such problems that goes on in ones mind::

May I have a JD as well...two glasses?

::She winks at Xazor, the woman she ahd sparred with earlier and sips one to see if it had any taste strong enough to taste. Dissapointed, she glugs donw the first glass anyway. Soon she'll be drunk enough to get up, and dance and sing on the table::

Dasquian retreated to the bar. He leant back against the counter and ordered a fruit juice as he watched the others. Even the feline was drinking alcohol. He couldn't abide the stuff, it polluted the mind and body whilst leaving whoever drunk it in an unfortunate state of intoxication.

Once his juice arrived, he took a long sip - it tasted much like pineapple, tasty!

(Taataani smiles at Xazor)

jI am glad jyou apprrrove. Kana'ssseeji jisss a trrradjitjional drrrjink of the Cjizerrrack. jIt jisss made of the ferrrmented blood of dewbacksss. Qujite tassstjy, jyesss?

(She smiled widely, slapping her on the back with gusto)

Xazor choked down the drink as she was slapped on the back.

It's BLOOD?!

She exclaimed with a look of shock. She pushed the glass away slightly as she covered her mouth with one hand. Not only did it put a bad taste in her mouth........but it brought back some pretty bad memories.

Excuse me.......

She said, running to the back of the bar to the bathroom.

(Taa stopped laughing and smiling, a confused look coming to her face as her ears drooped)

Wrrreh?

(She watched Xazor depart for the bathroom, totally confused at what happened.)

.."CHEERS!"..

Aura finally wakes up, downs 5 shots of JD, feels dizzy and passes out into Dasquian, as they both stumble to the floor.

[Xazor]

Xazor sits on the floor in the bathroom and brushes the long hair out of her face. She breaths a heavy sigh as she feels like throwing up. Shaking the thought from her mind, she slowly stands up, nearly falling over. She then gathers herself and walks back out into the bar to the group. Slamming her fist on the bar top, she shouts to the bar tender.

I'll have another JD, please.....

She said with a crooked smile. He brings it to her and she downs it in one chug. She slams the glass down and walks over to Aura, putting a hand on her shoulder as she falls over.

Don't let it get to you, babe.

She said with a laugh, and then falls flat on her face.

[Taataani Meorrrei]

(Watching with a confused face as both girls pass out, Taataani shrugs, and finishes the other half of Xazor's drink that she refused. Smacking her lips, she looks around at everyone else. It would be some time before the alcohol she consumed got the better of her. Cizerack tolerance was formidable)

::AFter three glasses she'd forgotten whatever had been on her mind, she only ever drank alcohol to purposely get drunk::

::She wasnt drunk enough yet to pass out, but soon she would be after a singing session::

[Dasquian Belargic]

Dasquian gawked Aura toppled onto him and stumbled backwards, tripping over himself. He toppled over and hit the floor with a thud, wheezing as Aura half landed on top of him. He half gets up, lifting Aura with him, then is knocked back down as Xazor falls partly on top of Aura, knocking them all down again!

[Aura Allei]

Aura groans with the weight of Xazor on her, as she feels like tossing her cookies now. She looks over her shoulder to see Dasquain trying to heave them both off of him, as they are all stacked together like a triple decker sandwich.

One thust from a Sith's blade could impale all three, saving him the effort.

"Oooh if my Master could see me now, he would have me in meditation for a week straight. Now I know why I stay away from JD...eh.."

[Dasquian Belargic]

Dasquian bit his lip as he looked with widened eyes at Xazor and Aura. Though they were not heavy, simply having them both strewn across him was enough to make him blush and fall silent.

[Jubei SaDherat Vader]

(Passing by, Jubei notices his apprentice, falling around in a rather chaotic stupor. It is disappointing to him.)

[Aura Allei]

Aura gasped as she felt her Master's presence, witnessing his gaze of disapproval, which coerced her to call out to him.

"Master please wait! Excuse me Dasquian, Xazor."

She rolled off Dasquain, noticing his embarrassment, as she moved Xazor to a side. Aura got up and ran to Jubei bowing humbly before him, daring not to meet his eyes. The shock of discovery being a sobering experience.

"Forgive me Master, I was caught up in the festive spirit. I am not one to use alcohol. It got the best of me. I accept any punishment you shall render for my disgraceful behavior."

She sighed looking over to her friends, wondering who was responsible for keeping the bloody door locked.

[Jubei SaDherat Vader]

(Jubei placed a palm on Aura's forehead, and suddenly she began to feel quite hot. Her skin moistened slightly as she started to sweat, the feeling of heat very palpable around her, almost like a fever)

[Aura Allei]

Though she trusted her Master, Aura was distressed by what was happening to her, as she felt on fire from the inside out. It didn't hurt, but the feeling was alien to her. She dared not utter a word, and let him continue.

[Jubei SaDherat Vader]

I am increasing your metabolism, Allei. It will dispense of the alcohol in your system.

(After a minute or two, the fever passed, as well as the intoxicating effects of the alcohol. Jubei helped her to her feet, his face passive.)

In good times, celebration is healthy. But as a Jedi, you must be mindful...and do not compromise the sanctity of your reason. That will lead to chaos, and to the Dark Side.

[Aura Allei]

Feeling herself again, Aura smiled to Jubei, nodding in gratitude.

"I was a bit wreckless. Intoxication can alter ones perceptions with the Force and ones self. I will be mindful in future celebrations, Master. The Dark can inject itself into an unknowing Jedi in myriad mysterious ways, and void the control so needed to be a Jedi of the Force."

[Jubei SaDherat Vader]

You needn't explain, Allei.

(Jubei nodded, placing a hand on her shoulder)

Now go. Have fun.

Xazor tried to stand again, balancing herself by placing a hand on Dasquian's shoulder.

Ya know........you're not a cross dresser.......I think you're pretty cute.

She said with a sudden hick-up. She smiled crookedly and then felt a bad feeling in her chest. It then slapped her across the face that she had a boyfriend.

I don't........think..........that Shade would mind me giving you a compliment.

She said, suddenly falling over, passed out in his arms.

[Maia Shadoe Tharrinn]

Maia wandered into he bar with Ari on her shoulder. She had not been around a lot of the people since she had been here. She didn't really know what to expect from them so she just kept to herself most of the time. She had become attached to Xazor in her own way due to her kindness and she felt at ease in her presence. Maia was trying hard to be at ease with her new master to but memories of past Sith masters made it hard for her.

Maia's eyes widened as she watched Xazor fall into the male Jedi's arms. Her hand came up and covered her mouth as she giggled, then to her horror, Ari her beloved pet, flew straight at the male Jedi, he proceeded to land on the Jedi's head and peck at him. Maia rushed towards the three."Please don't harm him, he is only protecting Xazor." Maia called out in a fearful voice. The man looked at her, his arms full his head moving, trying to throw the mad bird off.

[Xazor]

Xazor regained consciousness by using the Force. She felt a familiar presence and looked up to see her friend and roommate.

Oh hey Maia.........I didn't expect........you..........here.............

She said, falling back into Dasquian's arms once again.

(Taataani approached Maia, her blue eyes bright and eager to meet a new person)

Hello therrre!

(Taataani passed the woman a glass of Kana'ssseeji with a smile.)

Maia's jaw dropped open when Xazor dropped back into the male Jedi's arms. Her Ari still attacking his head, Maia started toward them to get her bird before anyone became angry. A glass was suddenly thrust to her hand and a cheerful voice greeted her. "I um I, Hello there." Maia said with a weak smile, her eyes darting back and forth between the attacking bird and the cizerack that greeted her.

Maia not wanting to appear rude downed the drink that she had been handed so she could get back to the task at hand. "That was very good thank you." She said distractedly, starting towards the flailing man...

[Taataani Meorrrei]

(Taataani watched the ensuing commotion, noticing the bird creature flying about. She arched ane eyebrow, claws extending from the fleshy pads in her fingertips. She waited for it to fly close to her...her mouth watering a little)

[Maia Shadoe Tharrinn]

Maia gasped as the cizerack extended her claws. "No um please its my pet you cant eat him ok." Maia pleaded as she tried to call Ari to her before he became a meal. She began to giggle helplessly and wondered if she was having a nervous break down...

[Taataani Meorrrei]

(Taa was about to spring into the air and come down with her prize, when the woman beside her begged her not to. It was apparently her pet. Taa's ears drooped, and she made a glum, yet toothy face.)

Grrreat. Ssseemsss one perrrssson'sss sssnack jisss anotherrr perrrssson'sss pet.

(She adjusted her spectacles, her sharp talons sliding back into her fingertips)

::Neo enters the room and sees all the activity. He walks over to where Maia and Taa are talking.::

Excuse me, but what is going on here. I just got out of a Bacta Tank and I'm trying to figure out what is going on.

Aura nodded to her Master. "Thankyou, Master."

She then nodded to Mai with a smile.

"Hello, Im Aura."

Not feeling like drinking after the embarrassment she endured before with her Master, Aura took a seat in the corner.

Dasquian ducked away from the bird and pulled Xazor up to her feet, setting her on a table at the bar. He cringed and looked around helplessly, rubbing the back of his neck with one hand.

[Xazor]

Trying to sit up, she placed a hand on Dasquian's shoulder. Shaking her head, she tried to become sober. It didn't work and she rested her head on her hands.

Sounds like everyone is having as much fun as I am!

She said with a crooked grin.

[Maia Shadoe Tharrinn]

Maia's cheeks blushed a deep red when she turned to the man addressing her. "Well, I... ummmm.... my bird thought my roommate was being attacked and I cant.. I mean I'm trying to get him to come back." Maia sad in a rush her voice cracking with embarrassment. "I'm Maia." She said in a whisper. Looking helplessly at her Ari.

Ma smiled at the pretty young woman who greeted her. "Hi Aura, I'm Maia, nice to meet you. Maia turned back to the young man that had come from a bacta tank. "I need to get my bird you wouldn't want to help me would you, when he is upset like this its hard to settle him?"

[Taataani Meorrrei]

(Taa said calmly. Everyone turned to look at her with an accusing glare. She paused, ears lowering.)

jI sssajid jI wouldn't eat jit!

(She held up her hands, to show the claws were fully retracted)

Sssee? Honessst!

[Xazor]

Xazor realized what was happening and she used the Force to sober herself. Rising her temperature and bringing her metabolism to a high, she rid her body of the effects from the alchohol. She rose to her feet and approached Dasquian and smiled.

I am alright, Ari......please come to me.........

She said softly to the bird whom she knew to be a gentle and protective pet.

OOC: Xazor...please don't use that technique. That is a specialty of Jubei's because of his training as a defense/healing specialist.

::The fourth and fifth. No she wasnt singing on the tabel, but on the wall near the end of the door in the bar. Singing a song, alcohol loosened your lips, maybe thats why she never usually touched it. She was singing the song of the assasin guild, singing the song she had been taught as a child, no brainwashed as a child. Not juts signing it in normal form but in the language of the assasin guild::

Dasquian sat down and sighed a little. Everyone changed so much when they were like this, it was hard to trust ones instincts or feelings in such a state.

As Xazor approached, apparently now sobered up, he smiled a bit.

"Feeling more like yourself?"

*Natia slowly hobbles into the room. She looks around to see what all is going on. Upon seeing the party which is in progress, she hobbles over to an empty table and sits down, placing her crutches on the floor out of everybodies way so nobody will trip over them. The 7 year old human girl runs her hand through her hair and tucks a loose strand of it behind her ear as she looks around the room looking for somebody who she knows and trusts. Spotting Xazor a ways off, she raises her hand and waves to her, hoping that she will see her waving to her*

::Matthias enters the grill, feeling like a drink. He goes up to the bar::

Hey Barman! What about a drink?

::He uses the barmans nickname in hope of seeing that mysterious girl...

oh, there she is. passed out drunk::

::He grabs a glass off someone walking past, to get a mean look. He doesnt care. He tips it in Azhures face....::

Xazor spotted Natia waving to her. Good thing she was sober now. She smiled and walked over to her, kneeling to the ground to become at eye level with her.

Greetings Natia! How are you little one?

She asked with a bright smile. It was good to see that she was getting around. She was so happy for Natia.

Maia turned back to the Jedi male "Neo." "I asked if you would like to help me catch my Ari but he seems to be ok now." Maia smiled shyly and pointed to the rafter where her Pet Ari preened himself, looking proud that he had protected a new friend. Maia turned back to him "Neo", "I'm Maia and you are?" She asked quietly. She did not want anyone to think her rude she was just not used to interacting with others like this...

Aura walked into the middle of the room and got into a lotust position, which her Master taught her is the best seat for meditation. Her horse Guardian was close to her, as that bond with animals extended onto others. As a child she always loved animals, and held a mysterious rapport with them.

Aura closed her eyes and sent out soothing waves of peace, only creatures could sense, as the Force doused her in Light. The bird, Ari, squawked and flew onto her shoulder. Aura woke up as she stood, walking to Maia with Ari perched on her right shoulder.

"I can teach you how I did that Maia." she spoke with a smile.

"And who is your new friend?" she smiled at Neo.

*Natia smiles as she sees Xazor walking over to her*

Hi Xazor. I'm doing fine right now and how about yourself?? What's going on here?? Why are ppl acting really funny?? And why was that lady dragged out of here by that man??

*Natia looks around but more or less keeps looking at Xazor since she is so full of questions and has finally gotten up the courage to ask them*

(Slowly taking her eyes off Maia's delicious-looking bird, Taataani spots a young hyuu-mann cub walking around, and eventually heading for Xazor. Taa's ears perk up, as she smiles widely)

Aahhhh!!

(She walks quickly over to the girl, picking her up in an affectionate embrace)

What an adorrrable ljittle cub jyou have, Xazorrr! Mjy, jisssn't ssshe a prrrettjy one!

(Taataani looks over Natia, transfixed, as her maternal nature shows through, smothering the child with affections.)

*Natia lets out a loud and piercing scream the moment that she is picked up from the chair that she is sitting on*

*Natia's breathing gets faster since she is now terrified since a complete stranger has picked her up*

(Taa's eyes widen and her ears droop, as she lets go of the little girl. She backs away, slowly)

*Natia stops screaming as soon as she is put down, but she keeps her ice blue eyes on Taataani before quickly looking to Xazor and in a scarec, but quiet whisper asks*

Xazor, who is this??

[Xazor]

Xazor laughed slightly and smiled at Natia.

It's quite all right. That is my friend Taataani and she was just admiring you. She thought that you were my daughter!

She said with reassurance of the Cizerack. She smiled at Taataani and then back at Natia.

Everyone is having a party, and some people act a little crazy. I don't know why, but that adds to the fun I guess. You are safe here, we are among brothers and sisters in the Force.

She smiled gently at Natia as she looked around at the partiers in the bar and grill.

[Natia Lerf]

*Natia looks up at Xazor and smiles slightly, the fear slowly disappearing from her eyes*

Why would she think that I am your daughter?? I'm to ugly to be your daughter. My Father told me that it was because of my ugliness that my Mother died giving birth to me.

*Natia nods her head slightly*

So, no one will hurt who is here.

*Natia looks around the room which is full of ppl partying and then looks down at the ground*

Am I allowed to be here?? Because if I'm not allowed to be here, then I'll leave.

*Natia looks up at Taataani and smiles slightly. She then mumbles a very faint sorry*

[Taataani Meorrrei]

(Taa smiled bittersweetly. She hated to make the little one upset, and she always hated to see children cry. Taa kneeled down, putting a hand on her shoulder)

[Xazor]

Xazor smiled gently on Natia.

Young one......you have so much to learn. Do not say you are ugly......for that is not true. You are a beautiful little girl. I can see why she thought you were my daughter.....we do look alike and we share a past similar to one another's. No, no one shall hurt you here and of course you are allowed! Would you like anything to eat or drink? It's my treat.....just tell me what you'd like.

She said in kind tones. She hoped that Natia would see the kindness of the Jedi and start trusting more openly. She was already doing a great job......

[Natia Lerf]

*Natia smiles but tenses up as soon as Taataani places her hand on her shoulder. She looks up at Xazor and smiles weakly*

But I am ugly Xazor. My Father always told me that I was.

I am kinda hungry. I haven't eaten in quite some time. May I please have some ham and pineapple pizza please. And some pop please.

*Natia looks up at Xazor with a hopeful look on her face before looking at Taataani*

Please take your hand off of me. I don't know you yet so I don't know if I can trust you.

[Taataani Meorrrei]

(Taa removes her hand, her ears drooping as she thinks about the little girl.)

[Xazor]

Xazor's eyes softened as she hears the painful words come from Natia's lips.

You are not ugly no matter what your father may have told you. I think you are very beautiful, and it is quite evident that others think so too. For one so young.....you sure do think a lot. Your father hurt you, Natia.......I would not believe anything he told you.........

She said quietly. She listened as Natia requested what she wanted.

Sure.....you can have whatever you like.

Xazor walked over to the bar and ordered.

I would like a plate of your best ham, your finest pineapple pizza....and a large glass of your best pop. Make sure everything is just right.....it's for a special friend of mine and it has to be perfect.

She said with a smile as she glanced at Natia. After a few minutes, the bartender returned with the food. It looked like everything was just right. Xazor took out a pouch and opened it.....exposing many coins. She took a few credits out and placed them on the bartop with a smile and thank you to the bartender. She then brought the food over and set it on a nearby table. Pulling a chair out for Natia, Xazor motioned for her to have a seat.

Enjoy, my little one......you need your strength.

She said with a gentle smile at Natia.

[Natia Lerf]

*Natia's eyes light up with joy at being told she can have what she wants. She then lowers her gaze towards the table top*

Xazor, I am ugly. It's not only just my Father that has told me that. My Mother died because she saw how ugly I was. I have to think Xazor, otherwise I will just get hurt more. And if I didn't believe anything he said, then I would have no name.

*Natia smiles as she sees the food that is brought over to the table and placed down infront of her*

Your sure I can have this. I won't get hurt if I eat it??

*Natia looks up at Xazor, an almost excited look on her face*

[Xazor]

Xazor shook her head, wishing she could rid Natia's life of all that hurt her.

Your mother died because of health reasons......not you! It was another lie your father told you....don't believe it. You are beautiful, and do not let anyone tell you otherwise.......

She said, offering her confidence to the little girl.

Of course you can eat the food. Enjoy it! You will not be hurt or punished for it. You must remember, this is a new world now......a new life. Things are different here. I payed for that, now it's yours to enjoy, along with anything else you would like!

Xazor said with a reassuring smile as she took a seat next to Natia.

*Natia smiles up at Xazor*

Thank you Xazor. I've always like having pizza. I only was able to get it when I begged for it at the pizza places at home.

*Natia looks over to Taataani and smiles slightly*

*Natia looks back over at Xazor*

My Mother died because of how ugly I am. Not because of health reasons.

I know things are different here. I'm just having a slightly hard time getting used to it, that's all. Again, thank-you for the pizza.

*Natia picks up a piece of the pizza and takes a huge bite out of it and smiles happily since she's having one of her favorite foods*

(Taataani makes a confused face, as her ears flutter)

*Natia finishes that slice of pizza in silence and then looks both ways and smiles impishly. She then takes the back of her hand and wipes her face off and whistles innocently*

Taataani, want to join us?? If you want, you can try some pizza. It's very good and delicious and it's some of the best tasting food out there and you can never get enough and the ham and pineapple pizza is by far the best since it has pineapple and ham on it and there is also the cheese and pizza sauce but the best part is the ham and the pineapple and from the tast of this pizza it tastes like the pineapple is fresh pineapple and that makes it even better

*Natia pauses for a moment as she takes a sip of her pop and breathes for a moment*

And the ham is really good and the pizza is awesome tasting and you can never get enough of it and it is always gone before you do manage to get enough and it is really good and tastes wonderful and if you want, you can try some.

*Natia looks at Xazor, hoping that she is doing the right thing*

Oh, well thank jyou then!

(Taataani took a slice, examining it carefully, and giving it a few cautious sniffs. After all, Hyuu-manns ate strange foods, and some of them could make the average Cizerack sick. There was meat, and that was a good start. The yellow cubes and red pastey stuff didn't smell particuarly appetizing, but Taa felt adventurous. She nipped the corner of the pizza, tasting it. The felinoids ears rose, and she smiled.)

Well Ljittle One, jit jisss deljicjiousss, thank jyou!

(The Cizerack opened her mouth wide, stuffing the pizza slice in, dispatching it in three energetic bites)

[Xazor]

Xazor nodded and smiled to Natia.

Good job, little one....you did the right thing and your heart is in the right place. You are learning so quickly.

She spoke to Natia through the Force....in her mind this time. She knew the little girl could hear her...and it was alright if she didn't know how to speak back through it yet...she would learn.

Yes...I have to say that pizza is my favorite food. Especially this pizza, it's the best in the galaxy!

Xazor said as she looked at the comical Cizerack that was eating the pizza in just a few bites.

She said smiling at both Natia and Taataani.

Dasquian half-listened as the people talked, though in the most part he had drifted off into his mind. None of the others seemed to want to converse with him anymore as they seemed to be keeping entertained, which left him to himself. In this time alone he simply sipped on his drink and stared at the others, all noise blocked out as he ran stories of old through his mind for amusement.

[Natia Lerf]

*Natia smiles as she sees that Taataani is taking a slice of the pizza. She can not but help herself when she giggles at how Taataani is being cautious in trying the pizza*

I'm glad you like it Taataani.

*Natia giggles again as she sees Taataani eat the slice of pizza in just three bites. She then gets a surprised look on her face as she hears Xazor's voice in her head. She looks over at Xazor with a puzzled look on her face*

Xazor, why am I hearing your voice in my head??

*Natia gets a very confused look on her face*

So Xazor, are any other of your friends here tonight?? If so, I would like to meet them.

*Natia then hangs her head thinking that she has done something wrong. She looks down at the table top with her eyes partially closed*

[Xazor]

Xazor smiles gently.

You can hear my voice in your mind because of the Force. This is another way the Jedi can speak to each other. Through training you too will be able to do it. No one can hear you except those that are Force sensitive. No one can track your "transmission" either, unlike speaking verbally or through a com-link.

She said softly. Noticing Natia drop her gaze, she lifts her chin up to meet her eyes.

You did nothing wrong my child......you didn't.......

She said through the Force in her mind once again. Smiling brightly, she looks around at the others in the bar.

Yes, if you'd like, you can meet my friends. Over there is Dasquian, Maia, Aura.....and let's see......well, that whole group over there are padawans and they are all my friends!

She said cheerfully looking at the large group and pointing out people as she said their names.

[Loki Ahmrah]

Upon entering the room, Loki took a brief look around and within half an instant began running over towards where he saw Taataani and Xazor. And...

"Who is that!" He thought to himself as he aspied a little figure sitting at the table with them, it was a girl, a little gril about his age. His eyes gleamed and with a beaming face sprinted over to the table.

Suddenly, a seat was pulled out from the table, there was a "thud" as a weighty book was dropped onto it and suddenly Loki's cheerful face popped up over the table.

"Hi Taataani!" He greeted, his felinoid friend with glee, noticing her finishing off a pizza slice. "Ah, so who convinced you to finally try pizza? I told you it was good!"

He glanced across to the little girl excitedly but as her eyes turned to look at him he shyly averted his gaze and smiled at Xazor.

"Hello Xazor! It's good to see you again. How are you doing?" All the while he asked her, his eyes kept snapping back and forth, getting quick glances of the girl next to him.

"At last, someone my age!" He thought to himself, "We could be friends!"

He finally summoned up the courage to look across to the little girl and smile before quickly looking back at Xazor and Taataani, his confidence failed him, perhaps they could help him out.

[Xazor]

Xazor grinned at the sight of Loki joining them.

Greetings my young friend. I am doing well, how about yourself?

She asked with a smile. Noticing him nervously looking at Natia, she laughed to herself.

This is my friend Natia. Natia, this is Loki. You two are about the same age......

She said, glancing back and forth between the two.

You can trust him, Natia.....he is a good friend and you'll like him a lot.......

She once again spoke in Natia's mind, so that only she could hear Xazor. She glanced over at Loki and smiled gently.

She is a bit shy too, Loki........and has a hard time trusting people. If she seems not to warm up to you right away like most people, don't take it personally. She's a cute one, isn't she?

Xazor spoke to his mind also, keeping the conversation from the others at the table. Even her telepathic voice was filled with glee as she spoke to Loki.

[Loki Ahmrah]

"She's a cute one isn't she?"

Loki turned away smiling, a little embarrassed at Xazor's remark, he was shy to admit it, but she was pretty. He looked at Xazor, then at Taataani, then back again until he finally looked at Natia, "What a nice name!" He thought.

He wished he could talk back to Xazor the way she did, but Master Hicchoru always says something along the lines of, "In time Loki, have patience." Patience he had, it was confidence he needed. His manners usually prevailed in these circumstances, but when he looked at Natia he became nervous. What if she didn't like him?

It was true he'd become accustomed to so many nice people around here, but back on Chandrila he never had a friend, his only friends were his parents. Now he was friends with so many people and he hoped in time, Natia would like him.

"Hi!" He said finally, with a little smile; his hand moved, up onto the table at first, then hesitantly he strecthed out his arm and holding out his hand, he said, "Pleased to meet you Natia!"

(Taataani was impressed. This ham and pineapple Peezzaa was very good, even if there were plant-things in it. She snarfed down her slice within seconds, and stood up, a friendly grin on her face to the shocked waiter.)

Brrrjing me fourrr of thossse peezzaasss!

(She purred happily, her tail swishing about as she pushed her glasses up on her nose. She turned to the side, spotted a familiar-looking little boy, and smiled widely, wrapping him up in a hug)

Hello agajin, mjy ljittle warrrrrrjiorrr cub! Thank jyou forrr sssuggessstjing peezzaa. Verrrjy tassstjy. jYou'rrre sssuch a sssmarrrt ljittle cub. One dajy, jyou'll make a verrrjy fjine manssserrrvant forrr a luckjy female.

(She winked at him, handing him a piece of one of her pizzas that arrived. Taa glanced at Natia, and waved a little to her. Leaning over, she whispered to Loki)

Whjy don't jyou go and plajy wjith jyourrr new frrrjiend. jI'm sssurrre jyou wjill both have fun.

Xazor smiled as she saw Loki blush.

That's it Loki....... show her that she can trust you.......

She spoke to him again in his mind. She new that he wished to speak back through the Force, but she also knew it was for the better that he didn't yet. She smiled at Natia and then spoke in her mind again.

Go ahead Natia, take his hand. He is such a kind hearted boy.......he thinks you're pretty too.....but he is too shy to admit it.......

She liked playing the 'messenger' between these two. It was almost like a little game, but a good one that would build the confidence of both children.

[Natia Lerf]

*Natia smiles as Xazor points out some of her friends. She then looks as she sees a chair being pulled out at the table and a young boy sitting down on it after hearing a thud. She looks up at his face, and gets a slight smile on her face. She can tell, just by looking at him, that he is a nice boy, a bit shy, but nice. She then nods as she hears Xazor talking to her. She smiles because Xazor just confirmed what she managed to figure out just by looking at the boy. In a rather enthusiastic voice she says*

Hi Loki. Nice to meet you.

*Natia shows no signs of being shy or nervous. She keeps her cheerful face looking at him*

I didn't know that there was someone else here around my age. All I've seen are grown-ups and well, I'm used to seeing them, but it is always nice to see ppl around my age. I'm seven. What about you?? How old are you Loki??

*Natia smiles at Loki, showing no signs of mistrust towards him. There is something about him which causes her to trust him. It may be his age, or it just maybe the fact that Xazor knows him*

[Xazor]

Xazor sits back and watches the interaction between the two. She smiles to herself when she sees that Natia is trusting without much thought. A happy feeling comes over her as she thinks about this for a while. Loki is a good friend and Xazor was glad to see that Natia had the pleasure of meeting him also.....

[Loki Ahmrah]

Taataani's smothering hug made Loki feel embarrassed in front of Natia and Xazor, once he'd been released, he pushed his glasses on his nose, Taataani's affections had knocked them down. He accepted the pizza slice, and placed it down on a plate in front of him.

Natia began to speak, she didn't seem in the least bit shy and she sounded very cheerful and pleasant. They shook hands and Loki took a sip of water from the tumbler that had just arrived for him whilst Natia spoke.

"I know what you mean!" He declared, nodding in agreement, "I thought I was the only person my age around here. I'm eight, by the way. When I first came here, it was all very daunting. Surrounded by adults, it was wierd and all but I soon found out that everyone around here is really nice. You're gonna love it here!"

He smiled, suddenly realising that he had lost that sense of worry, and took a small bite out of his pizza. He then looked back to Natia and gestured to the pizza slice.

"Wanna try some? It's really nice!"

[Salemn Lysce]

Salemn was sitting at an empty away from the ruckus as the party began. It seemed somewhat odd, seeing a small child sitting by herself as everyone else had their share of fun. Always a solemn child, she hardly ever took part in any fun. Of course, she couldn't even remember the definition of fun. She had amnesia before she joined the GJO, and had no remembrence of her past, really. Only scattered bits and pieces here and then.

She swung her legs back and forth, and took a sip of her Shirley Temple. She set down her glass and sighed slightly. She was always the odd one out, but that was because she didn't know how to act around others. Salemn looked back up, watching as the others ate together in groups and laughed with their friends. Friends ... I wonder what that's like. A frown was sketched across her face as she looked back down at her drink. Staring is impolite. I keep slipping, lately ...

[Xazor]

As Loki and Natia conversed with themselves and Taataani, Xazor sat back and watched the people around her. She then noticed Salemn, a young girl she had met on a mission. She smiled and rose from her seat and then walked over to her. She was sitting by herself, so Xazor took a seat across from her. She smiled and then spoke.

Hi Salemn, I didn't know you were here too! There are a lot of people who just keep popping up! The party is getting bigger by the moment.....

She said with a slight laugh.

[Salemn Lysce]

Salemn glanced up at a familiar voice, seeing it was still Xazor. She looked back down after Xazor was done speaking, and tugged at her plain, brown dress, as if to get any wrinkles out.

It's quite alright, Ma'am. I don't even notice myself sometimes.

The frown on Salemn's face was still there, and it made it seem like she had never smiled before in her whole life.

[Xazor]

Hey, cheer up little one. You want something to drink?

Xazor offered with a bright smile, hoping to pass on some encouragement to Salemn.

[Salemn Lysce]

She glanced back up at Xazor and shook her head.

I haven't even finished my Shirley Temple. Thank you, anyways.

[Xazor]

Alright......so, what's wrong? Anything I can help with?

She said softly as she looked at Salemn. Something was bothering her.....she appeared sad......

[Salemn Lysce]

Salemn's face expressionless save the frown. Once more she spoke to her through the Force.

Nothing you can help with.

[Xazor]

Xazor had heard those words before.

Try me.....I usually can help......

She said, offering a smile once again.

[Salemn Lysce]

Never mind. It's really nothing. So how have you been?

Salemn tried as best as she could to put a little enthusiasm into her words when she spoke via the Force.

[Xazor]

Xazor laughed a bit and then smiled.

You really don't lie well.....I have the same problem. If you do not wish to speak of it, I will not force you to. Well, I have been doing well......training is difficult, but no one said it would be easy. How about you? Looks to me like something is on your mind.....

She said in kind tones.

[Salemn Lysce]

Salemn pointed towards the little girl who was sitting with Loki.

Who is she? I've not seen her around before.

Suspicion crossed her face slightly then she closed her eyes. It can't be.. I'm seeing things. When I open my eyes, everything will be okay. She opened her eyes, peering out, and breathed out a sigh of relief. No, she was just seeing things...

Xazor smiled and looked at the little girl Salemn pointed out.

That is my friend, Natia! She is new to the Order....why do you ask?

Xazor asked curiously then.

[Salemn Lysce]

She just looked like someone familiar .. Although I don't know who.

A confused look replaced Salemn's frown.

Do YOU know who she would remind me of?

[Xazor]

Xazor thought back in her mind.........to a picture.

Do you remember having a sister? And is by chance your father dead?

She knew the questions might cause the girl pain....but she had to ask them.

[Salemn Lysce]

Salemn winced slightly as she was asked these questions.

I can't remember having a sister ... Or a father ... Did I ?

[Xazor]

Xazor looked down at the table and sighed. It was a dead end.

You and that little girl........look quite alike......

She said as she glanced between the two. It was quite uncanny......

[Salemn Lysce]

It was quite obvious that Salemn was taken aback.

But ... Her ? My sister ?

Doubt creeped into her thoughts as she pondered over this.

[Xazor]

Xazor looked down at the table.

She showed me a picture the other day and........well, if I recall correctly, you look like a girl in it. She didn't know who it was.....but you look like her........

She said softly.

[Salemn Lysce]

Does she have a brother ? ... A one of maybe the age of six ?

Salemn leaned forward, her usually dull, brown eyes now sparkling with interest.

[Xazor]

I don't know......she doesn't think she has any family......but from the picture, she isn't sure. Her father is dead and she had a legal guardian for a while.....but now she is here. She feels as though she is unworthy to have a family......

She said softly as she tried to think.

[Natia Lerf]

*Natia giggles slightly, a truly happy sound coming from the young girl*

So Loki, how long have you been here?? Do you like it here?? How did you meet Xazor?? How long have you known Xazor??

*Natia has a slighty joyful sound to her voice as she talks to Loki. She then picks up a slice of the pizza that Xazor got her and takes a bite of it. She then takes a sip of her pop*

I only basically got here, but when I arrived, Xazor came and talked to me and then my best friends older brother who has also just recently adopted me as his daughter came by and said that Xazor is a nice person and so I started to trust her slightly and the more that her and I talked the more I liked her and well here I am now.

*Natia hangs her head slightly and in an almost embarressed voice says*

Xazor is my third friend. And she is really nice and she bought me the pizza and the pop and she has been really nice to me.

[Loki Ahmrah]

"Woah! Woah! Slow down!" He laughed, then answered, "Well, I'm entering my fourth month, here on Arcan IV with the Jedi Order and already I've been on two missions with Master Hicchoru, have you met him? I met Xazor on the first of those two missions when we journied into the wilds of Aurash, which means I've known her almost three months now." He smiled.

"She's lovely isn't she, one of my first friends here too." He looked over Natia's shoulder towards Xazor, sitting with another little girl who Loki had not seen before. Suprisingly, she looked a bit like Natia here, but he thought no more of it.

"I'm here because my parents work in the New Republic; dad's a pilot, my mum is a medic. They work together, on the same ship, but they're working full time now and they didn't want to leave me on Chandrila. That's where I used to live. But once they heard I was accepted into the Order, they allowed me to stay here with all my friends and I don't think I've ever been happier!"

By now, Loki had wolfed down the pizza slice Taataani had given him. He'd picked up some of her Cizerack eating habbits as of late, which meant he'd never be late for Anbira first thing in the morning due to eating breakfast too slow. He looked over to Taataani and smiled, he turned to Natia.

"Taataani here is my second mum, she's teaching me about the finer things in life; like Cizerack food and culture." He thought a moment, took something out of his pocket and added, "Here - wanna try this? It's called 'Kajaree,' a Cizerack fish candy!" He looked over to Taataani, wearing a broad grin.

[Salemn Lysce]

Salemn sighed and bit her lower lip softly, looking back over at the girl, Natia. Was there a resemblence ? She peered closer, trying to get a good look when she caught the boy looking at her. Her cheeks turned a pale shade of pink as she glanced back down.

[Xazor]

Xazor sat back and looked from one girl to the next. She smiled and leaned forward.

You should talk to her! You might find some things out.......

She said softly as she looked over at Natia for a moment.

[Salemn Lysce]

I don't want to. She's already conversing with somebody else. It would be rude of me to interrupt.

The truth was, Salemn was just slightly afraid of Natia ... And she didn't even know how to approach her.

[Natia Lerf]

*Natia hangs her head when she hears what Loki says after she becomes quiet again. She then realizes that he is just answering her questions and she blushes slightly*

No, I haven't met Master Hicchoru. Your lucky that you have known Xazor for so long. I'll be lucky if they keep me here for more then a month.

*Natia looks over at Xazor and another little girl sitting with her. She turns her head to get a slightly better look at her, but sighs when she sees that she is younger then the girl in the picture that she has, but yet still similar. Looking back at Loki she smiles slightly*

I'm happy for you that your happy here and have so many friends. I bet it's nice to have a family that cares for you.

*Natia takes another bite of her pizza, not caring if other ppl take the rest of her pizza because she knows she doesn't deserve to have such good food but won't turn it away. She then looks at the 'Kajaree' and says*

It looks much to good for me to eat. I don't deserve anything that is good.

*Natia looks back over at the young girl, she definately sees a resemblance with her, but doesn't know why it would be so. She then sighs, wishing that she could easily get up and go and talk to the girl, ask her questions about her family. She looks just to much like the girl in her picture, but the girl there is 15 looking. Suddenly she snaps her fingers and waves to the girl and calls out to her*

Come on over here. You can sit with us here if you want and have some pizza and some pop as well or anything else you want.

*Natia looks at Xazor, hoping that she is doing the right thing. Then she turns to Loki and says with a worried voice*

I hope you don't mind.

*Natia can tell, just by looking at the girl that she is afraid and says to her*

Loki sat back a little bit, feeling somewhat intrusive. The girl seemed to go quiet, she looked sad and barely made eye contact. She didn't seem like the same little girl as before, and he looked to Taataani dumbfounded, with a look of worry, "Have I done something wrong?" He asked himself and put the Kajaree chew back into his pocket with embarrassment.

When Natia said she was happy for him that he had so many friends, he felt a sense of guilt come over him, he wasn't sure why and he looked down with shame. He was confused, what was the matter, he'd really upset this little girl.

"You said you'll be lucky if 'they' keep you here for a month, well I hope that isn't the case..." He hesitated, looking down, twiddling his thumbs with worry.

Looking back up, he finally summoned up the courage to talk and he tilted his head slightly with nervousness, "...I was kinda hoping you could be one of those friends."

His voice trailed off and he looked down again.

Natia had just invited the girl who had been sitting with Xazor over to join them.

"I don't mind at all!" He confirmed politely, and averted his eyes again, and took a bite out of his pizza.

*Natia smiles as she looks back at Loki*

No Loki, you haven't done something wrong, I have. You have no need to feel guilty about anything and I would be very happy to have you as a friend, but i don't see why anyone would want me to be there friend. I am unworthy of having any friends.

*Natia reaches over to Loki and places a hand on his shoulder for a moment before quickly moving it off and back to her side*

I really hope that I can stay at the Acedamy so I can learn, but after they find out how unworthy I am, they will kick me out. So I will be lucky if I can stay for a month.

*Natia smiles slightly as she keeps looking at Loki*

I hope that we can be friends, even if I do have to leave.

*Natia looks over at Xazor, hoping that she is doing something right instead of wrong. She then looks at Loki and then back down at the table as she takes a sip of her pop and another bite of her pizza*

Loki's eyes widened as she spoke to him, it was like she could read him, like she could relate to how he felt or something, he was bewildered by it but very pleased too. She wanted to be his friend. A broad smile appeared on his face and he looked back at Natia's pretty face.

"Why would anyone not want to have you as a friend?" He responded excitedly, "You're cool! You're gonna be here a long time, I know it. The Jedi will love you to bits!"

He smiled and took another sip from his tumbler of water, not taking his cheerful eyes from Natia. He thought about all the wonderful things they'll be able to do together, all the things he'd dreamed of doing; playing in the streets, telling each other jokes, hiding from the big people in the places they can't fit, talking about what they did in the day, cheering each other up when one felt down.

"So tell me a little bit more about yourself, Nat-" He paused suddenly, embarrassed at himself, "Sorry, I called you 'Nat,' I don't know why I did it; it's just that...I guess, when I watched all the other kids back at school, they made their friends names shorter...I, I've always wanted to do that. I promise it wont happen again." He smiled a little nervously, he felt he was making a fool of himself.

"Like I was saying; so tell me more about youself, Natia. I wanna know everything!" He announced with a smile. "Do you have any hobbies?"

[Natia Lerf]

*Natia smiled at Loki's reaction, knowing that she is able to read him, though not his thoughts, but his actions and facial expressions often say the basic thoughts of a person*

I've always wanted to have a friend, but Father never let me. He always kept me home and doing things he wanted me to do and teaching things he wanted me to know.

*Natia looks at Loki and keeps on smiling*

Ppl wouldn't want me around because I am unworthy to be around them and if not that, then the fact that they can not keep from me the fact that something is bothering them.

*Natia gets a slightly worried look on her face*

I hope the Jedi let me stay in one piece because I have enough artifusal parts in me.

*Natia lets her mind wander slightly since there is somebody her age, who wants to be her friend. She likes him and surprisingly trusts him. Natia blushes slightly again when Loki shortens her name. She kind of likes it*

Loki, if you want you, I give you permission to shorten my name. Do you know that you are only the second person around my age that I have ever talked to. And Loki, I don't think your making a fool of yourself.

*Natia laughs softly*

No, I don't have any hobbies unless you call ppl using me as a punching bag a hobby. There really isn't a whole lot to tell about myself. My Mother died after she gave birth to me because of how ugly I am. I am stupid, ugly, and unworthy of any kindness. My Father........................My Father died when I was about four because he was beating me and I had had enough of it. Since then, I have been on the run from my legal guardian who wants to beat me and train me to hurt ppl. He's the one that beat me enough that I now have to use crutches to just walk. I can stand without them, but if the slightest thing disturbs my balance, then I fall.

*Natia looks both ways and then leans closer to Loki and whispers to him*

When we are alone, I'll show you somethings that I learned how to do. Just wait till you hear my imitation of Xazor and Sia.

*Natia sits back up straight again and smiles*

When I got here Xazor greeted me and then Sia came in and she's taken me on as a....a....a....a Padawan. And then theres Falcon. He's kinda my dopted Dad, and the only adult male I trust cause every other adult male has either hurt me or scared me and well I don't like being hurt or scared even though I deserve it and well it happens anyway, even here it happens but there's nothing I can do about it cause I am unworthy of anything nice and I only deserve to have ppl hurt me and scare me because I am only good for being used as a punching bag.

*Natia keeps smiling as she keeps looking at Loki*

What about you?? Do you have any hobbies?? Where do you live?? Tell me everything about you cause I am curious even though I know I shouldn't be but since I am curious I am dumb and stupid and good for nothing other then a punching bag.

*Natia takes another sip of her pop when she goes silent*

Xazor smiled at Natia when she invited Salemn over.

C'mon Salemn, I want you to meet Natia and it looks like she wants to meet you too! She is a sweet little girl and I am sure you two will get along nicely.

She said as she rose from her seat to walk Salemn over to the small group.

You did a good thing, Natia! I am very proud of you......

Xazor said in her mind through the Force.

Salemn blinked as she heard Natia yell out, and looked at her, wondering what was going on. When she saw that she was being spoken to, she suddenly went very pale.

I, uh ... Um ...

When she saw that Xazor had already stood up, she sighed. Obviously there was no way of getting out of it. Standing up, she joined Xazor's side as they made their way over towards the others. As they arrived at their table, Salemn remained quiet, looking down at her toes. She felt very shy suddenly and just wanted to go and hide - maybe snuggle up in her bed, safe from the world. But things weren't that easy, so she stood there, silent as always. After all, wasn't that a trait of being mute?

[Xazor]

Xazor smiled and looked from Salemn to Natia.

Natia, this is my friend Salemn.......Salemn, this is my friend Natia. I think you two should talk!

She said to both of them with a smile.

You can trust her, Natia......she is a good friend, but shy.......

She said in the little girl's mind.

She looked up briefly, only to smile slightly at Natia, then glanced back down.

*Natia smiles at Xazor, happy that she is doing the right things. She looks at Salemn, not sure what to say now that she is over with them*

Um, hi Salemn.

*Natia smiles at Salemn and then looks up to Xazor, wondering what to do now*

Ask her to eat with us!

Xazor said in Natia's mind as she smiled at both girls. She looked at Loki for a moment and smiled at him.

Hi Loki! I want a friend of my to join us to eat, but I want Natia to ask her....

She said in his mind. It was fun playing "mediator". She thought it was a good way to get everyone talking to eachother.

*Natia smiles at Xazor and then in a rather quiet voice asks*

Would you like to join us for something to eat Salemn?? There is some rather nice ham and pineapple pizza here if you would like.

*Natia smiles towards Salemn while glancing at Xazor, hoping she said the right thing*

Xazor smiles down at Natia and speaks in her mind.

That's it little one! You're heart is in the right place.......

She was very proud of the little girl and thougt it was wonderful how much she had opened up....

Aura departs for training, as she bows to the others and disperses the room.

He felt a little embarrassed when he realised that Natia had him completely figured out, he couldn't help but let out a big shy grin when she said that she didn't mind him shortening her name and that she didn't think he was making a fool of himself.

He tried to keep smiling but when she began to talk about how she thought she was unworthy of friends and then went into detail about the beatings she'd recieved and her history with her father and legal gaurdian, the little boy's eyes began to glitter at the rims and with a lump in his throat he turned away for a second in case she'd notice. Then she lightened the mood by promising to show him her impressions of Xazor and someone called Sia. He laughed quietly at the thought.

"Hey," he interrupted suddenly when she'd continued her story, "First of all let's clear up one thing; you're not stupid, you're nowhere near ugly and you're not undeserving of kindness. You know something, I've never had a friend who was a kid before, none of the other kids back at school liked me, but now that I'm here everything's different." He paused for a moment, then added, "And it's gonna be different for you too!" He sadi with enthusiasm.

"I've got a really good feeling we're gonna be seeing each other for a long, long time from now. The Jedi could never let a girl like you away, you're too cool! So it looks like you're stuck here with me, Nat!"

He smiled warmly, then said, "And if you ever feel upset-" he paused, pulling up the sleave of his cream Padawan attire and exposed his left arm, "-see that arm? Well whenever you feel upset or angry, I'm giving you permission to punch that arm!" He smiled, then added with a smile, "Go on, try it!"

Shortly after, Xazor and the young girl joined Loki and Natia at the table, he smiled across the table at her and with a friendly wink said, "Hi Salemn, my name's Loki Ahmrah. It's a pleasure to meet you!" He leaned across the table, extending his hand to shake hers, "And yeah, you gotta try out this pizza, it's great!"

[Taataani Meorrrei]

(Taataani kept her distance, watching Loki and Natia interact. There was something awfully cute about little ones when they made friends. She cooed softly, reaching to one of the pizzas, rolling it up into something akin to a giant burrito. She stuffed it down with gusto as she kept her eyes on little Loki and his friend. For some reason, she'd taken to him as a surrogate. It was so much fun to be involved in the life of another little one. It gave her something meaningful to do. She hadn't babied anybody since Saa, and that was so long ago)

*Natia leans over and whispers to Loki*

You have no need to feel embarressed about anything Loki.

*Natia then lowers her head to look down at the ground*

I am stupid, ugly, undeserving of kindness and only good for beating upon.

*Natia then looks up at Loki and smiles slightly*

Before you, I had only one person my age who was my friend and she was my first friend. Maybe she will come here and I can introduce the two of you. I'm sure you will like her as well since she is a really likeable person.

*Natia smiles a bit more*

I really do hope that I can stay, but I won't blame anybody for kicking me out of here since they will find that I am just to stupid to teach and send me away.

*Natia shakes her head slightly*

No Loki. I won't ever hit you for any reason. You don't deserve it since you are to nice and kind and caring.

*Natia sighs slightly and then finishes off her pop. She then looks down at the table top, hoping that she has been doing the right thing. After a moment she looks up, smiles impishly and sticks her tongue out at Loki*

[Loki Ahmrah]

"Well I look forward to meeting this friend of yours, if she is half as nice as you then I'll be the luckiest Padawan in the Jedi Order!" He smiled, then listened with concern as she said how she deserved all the ill-treatment of her past.

He leaned towards her and said, "Well you can say all you want about what you think you deserve and what you think you don't deserve. You'll see! You're gonna make a wonderful Jedi. Besides, I wouldn't let them take you." He leaned even closer, "I promise."

Now Loki was very close to Natia when suddenly he dipped his finger in some ketchup on the side of his plate and dabbed it on her nose cheekily and laughed. She look at him in innitial shock and suprise, the little Padawan looked around to see if anyone was watching then put his fingers behind his ears and pushed forward making them stick out, opened his eyes wide and stuck his tongue out at Natia, pulling a ridiculous face as she cleaned the ketchup from her nose.

[Natia Lerf]

*Natia gets a very shocked and surprised look on her face as Loki puts ketchup on her nose and then sticks his tongue out at her. She suddenly starts to laugh, a rather cheeful and happy laugh*

So, you won't let them make me leave?? If you do that, then they might make you leave as well, and well I don't want to be the reason why your wonderful life gets ruined and you don't want to leave and things are to good here for me to be here since I don't deserve it and well you do deserve the good life here.

*Natia looks both ways to see if anyone is watching and she then picks up an ice cube from her pop and drops it down Loki's shirt and then looks around innocently as if she didn't do anything*

[Salemn Lysce]

Salemn hesitated slightly when the boy, Loki, reached out with his hand as to shake hers. She had to remind herself that he was just a boy, and that she was protected here at GJO, quite a change from what she was used to. She half-hearted smiled back at him and shook his hand lightly, her hand being somewhat limp.

... Pizza ?

A confused look came over her face as she took her seat next to Natia. It must have obviously been the "stuff" that they were so enjoying earlier. She glanced dubiously at it then back at Xazor. She felt ... insecure, and unsociable.

[Xazor]

Xazor smiled brightly at Salemn.

Go ahead and try some! It is SO good!

She said, motioning for the pizza in front of Salemn.

[Salemn Lysce]

Uhm ...

She glanced at Xazor then back at the pizza. She might as well try some; after all, she had nothing to lose ... Taking a slice of this "pizza", Salemn took a small bite and nibbled on it experimentally.

[Matthias Darkstone]

::Matthias looked on with interest as Salemn took a bite of his pizza, as if it would poison her. He shrugged to himself and swigged down his fourth bottle of beer, and reached for the next. Heck, he needed it, since he found his sister again. He'd have to grab Xazor and let her know, but at the moment, she was already educating someone on the glories of pizza.::

Xazor watched Salemn eat the pizza. She grinned as she waited to see if she liked it. It looked like she did, but Xazor did not wish to make any assumptions. She then saw her friend, Matthias. She ran up to him and hugged him with a smile.

Greetings my friend, how have you been?

She asked him brightly as he tried to talk someone else into eating pizza.

*Natia smiles at Salemn and then at everbody else at the table*

Loki's a nice person. Once you get to know him, which I'm still doing since I'm new here, you'll find that he is really nice, even though he is male and most males are not nice, but Loki is.

Pizza is also really good. I hope your enjoying it.

*Natia picks up another piece of pizza and takes a huge bite out of it as if she doesn't somebody else will try and take it from her*

Xazor smiles as he kisses her cheek.

She said, her eyes shining brightly.

Salemn's eyes widened slightly as she tried the pizza. So many new flavors all at once - it was enough to make someone's head spin! She swallowed then smiled at everyone, not expecting for the food to be so great. She started to eat it regularly as anyone else would, ignoring the voices in the back of her head. (Why does this seem so familiar? I don't remember ever having anything like this before. Then again, I can't remember anything ...) She sighed then nodded at Natia's words about Loki. He did seem nice in the few moments they officially met.

Wow, this "pizza" - that IS how you pronounce it, right? - tastes great! I wasn't expecting anything like this.

*Natia smiles slightly*

I'm happy that you like it Salemn. This is the most pizza I've ever had, and the bit which I had before having it here was awesome, though I always had to go out and beg for it just so I could...

*Natia's voice trails off and then brightens up*
