JEDI KNIGHT PROMOTION PARTY!!!

[Xazor]

Xazor burst into the bar and started pushing a bunch of tables together. She ordered a bunch of food and drinks and then sent out a Force message to everyone to join her in celebrating her promotion to Jedi Knight!!!

Quoetly in the corner, a dark hooded figure puffed away on his pipe, quietly staying outy of the way and safely anonymous.

The Council promoted you? Well done.

[Xazor]

Xazor heard a voice suddenly.....it sounded quite familiar. She smiled and looked his way and bowed her head slightly.

Yes, they did! It is such an honor.....

She said with pride. She was so full of confidence, she could overflow!

[The Shadow Jedi]

Shhh, dont bring attention to me. You should know who this is, I'm speaking into your mind a bit too easily for it to be anyone else

But he was smiling under the hood.

You have suffered much and now you can see some reward for the trials you have had

Xazor knew very well who it was. She smiled brightly, glad that he was there with her.

Thank you.....I have worked so hard....this is all worth it.

She resorted to speaking in his mind. It was a lot easier to do than regular Force speech....but she knew why. Smiling still, she stood there for a moment....she truly felt like a Jedi Knight....but his confidence in her made it even more real....

[Sage Hazzard]

Sage clapped hard as he smiled, drinking on his Coca-Cola, an odd foreign drink.

"Congrats, maddam Dawnstrider."

[Chewnakka]

The large Wookiee stood ontop of the bar, whooping loudly as he shook a bottle of hard liquor in his hand.

"The kid did it!" The Wookiee downed a throat full of the toxic stuff.

[Xazor]

Xazor smiled at Sage. She bowed to him and took a drink from her soda.

Thank you Master Sage.........I couldn't have done it without you....

She said softly, her eyes showing the pure joy that flowed through her at this moment. She then noticed the wookie standing on the bar top. She laughed and blushed as he shouted his sentiments.

She laughed once again and waited for more people to join in the party.

After the Council proceedings, Navaria made it a point to head to the Bar and Grill to congratulate Xazor personally.

"Namana juice as usual."

She told the barkeep and smiled at the new Knight.

Xazor bowed to her friend Navaria.

I will....I always am....but the Force will guide me.

She smiled brightly....actually, her smile never faded. She glanced around the room and noticed Anbira...he did not look like he was enjoying himself. She did not know what to do, and his grave expression made her uncomfortable. She turned back to the gathering of people which kept growing.

[Avolon Bisel]

Avolon stared down the Wookiee.

"Could you kindly get off there Furball?"

The Wookiee laughed, leaping off the counter. The ground shuttered slightly as his feet pounded it. Avolon called out.

"Alright everybody, listen up!"

No wonder this place never makes any money. I keep doing stuff like this Avolon thought to himself.

"In honor of this shin-dig, all food and drinks on the house!"

Avolon twisted his mouth in a slight grin and nod as the hollers rang out, giving their orders.

"Max, you got that?"

The Astromech cursed him. He always put the hard work on him. The 'droid bumped Avolon as he rolled out into the bar, taking the orders individually.

[Dasquian Belargic]

Rumours had been drifting around the academy for some time that Xazor was to be promoted to the honourable rank of Jedi Knight. For this reason, Dasquian had been preparing. In his spare time he enjoyed crafts of anytime, and found that people often appreciated handmade gifts or the like instead of something simply bought - hence the box in his hand. He calmly walked into the bar and grill and set it down on one of the tables. It was made for a rich brown wood and had two latches on the front of it. "To Xazor. Congratulations. May the Force be with you. Your friend, Dasquian."

With that, he turned and departed quietly. He wasn't one for parties, all the alcohol that went around left everyone in a rather embarassing state. He knew Xazor would have a great time anyhow, and would no doubt see him in the morning to discuss how the party went.

[Satine Capashen]

Xazor feels herself getting picked up in a bear hug, and as she gets put down, she hears her brother's voice behind her.

"Congrats sis! I was watching the going ons in the room, and was wondering when they would get around to giving you your rank!"

[Maia Shadoe Tharrinn]

Maia quietly walked up behind Xazor her arms over flowing with flowers. She smiled shyly at her friend, thrusting the flowers at the new Knight. Congrats Xazor. You will make a wonderful Knight.

[Natia Lerf]

*Natia quietly hobbles into the room with the assistance of her crutches. After standing there for a moment, she goes and sits down at the nearest table with a silent sigh. Looking up, she sees Xazor getting congratulated left right and center and decides to wait a bit before going to congratulate her*

"When you put it that way, Avolon, how can I refuse?" I laugh as I poke him on the shoulder, making my way to the bar. I get my drink and head over to Xazor. "Hey, Congratulations on your promotion. I can forsee that you will be a great asset to the Jedi. Welcome to the ranks of the truly insane!" :]

Xazor smiled at Avolon.

Thanks buddy....I appreciate your kindness greatly.......

She mingled with others as they came into the bar, but then saw her friend Dasquian set down an object and leave. She walked over to it quickly, wishing she could have talked to him. Looking down at the table, she saw a beautiful wooden box with an engraving on top. She read it to herself and then grinned as she opened the gift. Inside was a beautiful weapon.....she gasped slightly as she looked at it. She carefully tucked it away in her robes and walked over to a gathering group of newcomers. She was thanked several times by many.....until suddenly she was bear hugged by Alpha. She turned around and smiled warmly, wrapping her arms around his neck.

I am so glad you are here! You were in the temple the whole time? I did not know that.....but I am so grateful you are here!

Now the party was great. Most of her friends were here and now her brother was too. She smiled as she looked around the room. Suddenly, she stood up on some tables and cleared her throat.

Thank you everyone for coming out here tonight. It means so much to me! I could not have achieved this rank without all you you guys......you are all my dear friends and without you, I'd be lost......

She smiled as she looked around once again, and more people entered the bar. She bowed to the large group and spoke again.

*Natia continues to sit quietly at a table nearby the door as she listens and watches what is going on. She is happy that Xazor made it to Jedi Knight and wishes that someday she will be able to make it there as well. She opens her mouth for a moment to say something, but then closes it again, thinking otherwise since she was not addressed by anybody, she should not say anything until then*

As Xazor stands on top of the tables, she gets a better look at everyone in the room. Suddenly, she notices her friend, Natia. She jumped down from the tables and rushes over to her quickly and wraps her arms around the little girl.

I made it little one! I really made it!

She said, excitement dancing through her words. She smiled brightly and her eyes gleamed in the light.

I am so glad you are here! There is free food and soda or whatever you want! Just ask that man over there.....

She pointed the roughly handsome man named Avolon. She smiled and waved slightly, nodding toward Natia. She then averts her attention back to the little girl....

[Jedi Knight Leia Solo]

::The Jedi Master smiled at Ryla's comment about Avolon::

On the house..eh?! Well then I would like a simple white blush wine please.

::Leia took her drink from the droid and walked over casually to Xazor. The Jedi Master gave a light bow of the head while giving off a smile::

A job well done Xazor. Congratulations. You truly deserve the title of Jedi Knight and will do it great honors.

[Taataani Meorrrei]

(Taataani enters the B&G, dressed in a stunning red dress that was tailored to cling in just the right places, tasteful, elegant and alluring. Large hoop earrings hung from her ears, and her platinum hair was done up spectacularly, a few locks hanging down in well-sprayed curls. Though she normally made it a habit to dress well, she'd heard there was a party tonight. And of course, Taataani never refused a party.

She sauntered in, her tail undulating behind her in graceful loops as she looked about. She spotted Xazor, and smiled, spreading her arms wide as she trilled happily)

Xazorrr, Xazorrr, jI hearrrd the wonderrrful newsss. Congrrratulatjionsss on jyourrr prrromotjion! jI don't rrrealljy know what jit jisss about, but ssseejing that therrre jisss a parrrtjy, jI'm herrre to ljiven jit up!

(Taa giggled toothily, pushing her glasses up on her nose)

Now, letsss sssee about gettjing sssomethjing to eat herrre!

(Taa slams a fist on the countertop)

Brrrjing me ten whole rrraw tuna, and a dozen ljive rrrabbjitsss.

(She smiles, turning around to watch the party)

**Running around like a chicken with her head cut off, Selena overheard the female Cizerack's order. Mumbling to herself**

I'm going to get you for this Avolon. You owe me big time. I definetly need a vacation after this party

**Swiping away a few strands of her blonde hair that fell infront of her eyes. Selena replied to the Cizerack female**

Well..I can get ya the raw tuna, Hun. But the live rabbits..I really don't know about that. We have to be considerate of our other guests. How about if I double up on the tuna order. Or perhaps, would you like some chicken wings?

(Taa put her hands on her curvy hips)

**Trying not to let the lunacy of the hustle and bustling get to her, she simply took a deep breathe at the Cizerack's response. She feared losing her temper along with her patience, that already seemed to be gone**

I am sorry M'aam. But we don't have any live rabbits. I can get ya the raw tuna. Would you care for anything else with that?

"Well that would depend upon what you want 'em for!" Came a quiet voice from behind.

When the Cizerack turned, Loki's eyes widened with suprise and he smiled happily.

"Taataani, I've never seen you dressed like this before; you look stunning!" He paused to take another stare, then said, "You remind me of my mom when she is invited to a charity ball with my father, she always dresses her best and looks increadible."

Satine looks at Selena, and smiles slightly.

::Verse finally made it to the party. His long blond hair in dreadlocks. Braided into them were Garou Warrior beads and coins. He made it in in time to here Taataani's order. Garou ate the same way. Raw and somethings still moving. His thick country accent filled the room.::

"Xazor! My daughter! It is a wonderful day indeed. Now I will have to teach you to do Garou Warrior braids."

::Verse looked around. Sage was here. That was a sign of a good party. Loki was putting the moves on Taataani. Xazor was greating everyone, and now it was time for Verse to do his part.::

"Waitress I want your strongest Ale!! And as much as you can get out here. If there is one thing that can get people going, it is Ale!"

[Xazor]

Xazor smiled as her felinoid friends entered the bar. She hugged her friends and even some strangers. Suddenly the D.J. set up and started a song......with some great lyrics. She smiled and danced with the people gathered there. It was to her from her favorite Knight? She thought to herself that maybe it was Shade. She smiled as the song ended and everyone clapped. Then Verse entered the bar with a large greeting. She ran over to him and wrapped her arms around his neck in a tight embrace. She pulled away for a moment and grabbed some of his hair, looking at the braids with beads and coins. She knew that he would teach her how to do this someday. Letting them go, she smiled brightly and hugged him once again.

This is a great day, and it is even better because you are here!

She said brightly as he ordered some more Ale. She had to laugh and she grabbed her soda and took a drink of it.

This party is really great!

She exclaimed, a smile remaining on her face. It appeared as though everyone was having a good time, and that made her even happier.

*Natia hugs Xazor back*

Congratulations Xazor.

*Natia listens to what Xazor says and then follows the line of pointing to the man that Xazor points out. She smiles weakly and quickly says*

I'll be fine Xazor, just wanted to congratulate you, that's all.

*Natia's stomache at this point in time lets off a slight growl of hunger*

Xazor smiles brightly at Natia.

Well, I am glad you came out!

She said with excitement. She let Natia go order some food as she went and mingled with some other new comers.

Aura nodded to Xazor.

"Congratulations Xazor in procuring your Knighthood status."

She then ambled out of the bar, secretly brooding over her past life with the NWOL as an acting Knight.

[Xazor]

Xazor smiled and bowed to her friend, Aura. She had not stayed long, and Xazor wondered why she did not wish to join in the festivities also.

She called after her as Aura exited the bar and grill.

[Loki Ahmrah]

"Well, I'm bending the rules, but just a little bit. I wont be out too late, promise!" He answered, then with suprise realised that he was talking to Taataani like he would his own mother, he grinned and glanced around.

"This looks like it's gonna be one great party, Taataani." He spotted Xazor and Natia across the room, and grabbing Taataani's paw, he began pulling her excitedly in that direction, "Come on! We can't go to a party without congratulating the promoted Jedi."

Once within hearing range, which wasn't very far considering the volume of the music being pumped out, Loki called to Xazor, "Xazor! Hi, congratulations on your promotion. You deserve it, I knew it wouldn't be long!" He held out his hand to shake hers with a cheerful smile.

:: AB walked into the midst of the already on-going party, completely live and happy with people. She smiled, and walked towards xazor, passing Maia on the way. As she passed her Padawan, she squeezed her shoulder, letting her know she was there. Then reaching Xazor, she took her hand and shook it. ::

Congratulations, Xazor. I know you'll make the Jedi proud.

:: She smiled, steping back to let others congratulate the newly appointed Knight. She turned towards the bar, accidently bumping slightly into the Cizerack ordering an enormous amount of food. ::

Sorry. It's quite crowded in here.

:: She smiled and ordered herself a drink. Then, grabbing the drink, she sipped it while turning back around to face the crowded bar, full of happy party-goers. All were smiling and laughing. But then her eye caught one that was not doing either. He merely sat by himself in a corner, brooding. Though she didn't think this odd, as he did this quite often, she felt that today it was different. ::

:: Making her way around people towards Anbira's table, she had to lift her drink several times to keep it from being tossed into someone's hair or lap. When she reached the table, Anbira didn't seem to notice she was standing there. She cleared her throat, and he did not register. She repeated the motion again, this time a little louder. She lifted an eyebrow. he was really lost in thought. Setting her glass down on the table, the moment caught the man's attention and he looked up. She smiled. ::

Taataani was bumped into from behind as Thanatos was jostled back and forth from the doorway straight into the Cizerack. He laughed a hearty laugh as he almost tripped straight into the bar.

"Woah.."

Standing up straight, he brushed down what dust and party trinkets had accumilated on his clothing - new clothes, fire pattern black suit; snappy. He scratched his head and looked around over the top of the bobbing heads in the room for Xazor - he couldn't see her anywhere, she was probably busy with present and the like, lucky!

"Usual, please!" he called over the noise to the bartender, flashing a grin at his Cizerack friend.

"Evening Taataani!"

[Aura Allei]

Aura bowed to Xazor before exiting the tavern.

"I have had one of these celebrations in the Noble Warriors Of Light clan. It is your party, enjoy. You only attain the rank of Knight once. As you will in time, a Master. In my situation, I will have to secure it twice."

Xazor sensed her friend was troubled from her past, and gave one of her beaming smiles in understandment. Aura headed for the stables to get her horse Guardian. She would face a multifold of engagements with Darksiders, as the Jedi Learner will be gone for many days in hostile territory, in a quest for answers.

[Xazor]

Xazor smiled and shook Jedi Master AB's hand. She looked around and saw Thanatos and ran up to him with a hug.

I am so glad you could come!

She exclaimed, a bright smile danced across her lips as he ordered a drink.

:: Anbira broke from his thoughts, gesturing to a seat ::

You aren't enjoying yourself at this party?

:: She raised an eyebrow. It was a simple question, and quite innocent. But she somehow knew that he was still worried over the decision rendered in making Xazor a Knight. And she wanted to understand why. Her own Padawan was good friends with Xazor, and for something to happen to Xazor could possibly devistate the young learner. ::

[Selena Kyle]

**Selena continued to waited on the Jedis and their guests, when she suddenly heard Satine. The waitress smiled at the Jedi Knight's offer**

Hi Satine. Gosh, I would really appreciate your help, hun. Please get some live rats **Selena could not help but cringe at the thought of that** to Taataani over there. I would really appreciate it.

**Selena did not wait for Satine's response, because right now she had a pitcher of Ale for Verse Dawnstrider.**

Here ya go Verse. One pitcher of Ale.

**Selena managed to give a small smile before heading back to the bar. Popping up on a stool. She kicked off her shoes for a moment**

As this rate, I am not going to last the night.

[verse dawnstrider]

::Verse smiled. With that he chugged down the whole pitcher of Ale.::

"Ok, must we do this a cup at a time? At this rate I will be here all night drinking."

::Verse laughed softly.::

[Xazor]

Xazor overheard her father talking about his Ale. She smiled and grabbed a pitcher full off the bar top. Sipping a bit from it, she walked over to Verse and handed it to him.

Here...I hope you don't drink all night! You must rest also!

She laughed to herself and lovingly patted him on the back.

[Thanatos VanDerveld]

"It's hard not to be in this atmosphere, all the energy that's buzzing around,"

He thudded down onto a stool by her, still beaming from ear to ear.

"I see you're enjoying yourself too, ordering all this stuff," he wasn't paying attention to what he was saying really, his eyes were too busy wandering; like a kid in a candy store.

[Ulic Dennatta]

" a man dressed in all red appeared and said,

" Congratulations Xazor. You will train my brother well i hope."

[Xazor]

Xazor smiles as the man in red approaches her and congratulates her on her Knighthood.

Thank you! Yes...I will train your broter well...I promise.

She said warmly with a bow.

[Avolon Bisel]

She had asked for rabbits, and Avolon didn't want to dissapoint. Although he found the concept a little more than distasteful, he still knew what he had to do.

"Let me handle it, Selena."

Avolon scetched down on a datapad a distinct order. He put the message on "type-repeat' and layed it in front of his protocol 'droid. Kalvin had been resting put sprang to, reading the message promptly, Avolon walked off.

Kalvin started to protest until he saw the large blocky text, "NOW". He walked out of the bar, almost frightened to death. How would he find live rabbits?

Avolon knew the 'droid would never find the food, but atleast it'd please the Cizerack that someone was taking her seriously.

Satine nods, and has a cage with the rats in it within a few minutes. Wondering, and hoping that the Ciz won't eat 'em too messily, Satine gives the cage to Taa.

"There ya go. Your rats..." He says with a smile.

[Xazor]

Xazor smiles at Alpha, glad her brother was so willing to accomodate her guests. She thought it was extremely generous of him.

Thank you brother, that was really nice of you...

She patted him on the shoulder and smiled brightly when he turned around.

[Satine Capashen]

Satine grins, and nods, his silver quills rippling.

"You're welcome sis. I figure that the waiting staff is working hard enough, and I might help them. The least I can do."

[Xazor]

I really appreciate it....you're making my party that much better!

She hugged him gently to show her appreciation to her brother.

[Selena Kyle]

**Before heading towards Satine and Xazor, Selena walked over to Verse again and quietly gave him another pitcher of ale. The waitress then excused herself for a minute and replied to Satine**

Sorry for the interuption, Satine and Xazor. But I really wanted to thank Satine for his help. I really greatly appreciated it. If there is anything I can get either one of you please give me a holler.

**Selena smiled at the two before walking away to where Avolon was.**

Thank you too Avolon. I greatly appreciate your help. The both of us are really busy tonight. Not too much relaxing for either one of us. Oh well what you going to do.

**The waitress then chuckled before pausing**

I know what I really love to do though. Get off this planet and take a long vacation. Heck I would even taken just a short weekend if you know what I mean.

**With that Selena smiled, knowing Avolon probably had the exact same sentiments**

(Taa let Thanatos' eyes wander, as hers were doing the same. Offhandedly, she leaned down, handing Loki a few credit chits)

(She smiled at the boy, returning her attention to her newest prize. Her tail teased at his leg, creeping up it as she purred. Taa tossed back her hair, letting the male catch a better view of her ample breasts. She offhandedly saw one of the servers bring her meal. But what to have first? The meal, or dessert? She licked her lips, sidling over onto his lap.)

He had been looking around quite innocently until suddenly ... something was on his lap. He turned, expecting to see a party-goer had fallen, drunk, onto his lap. No such luck though, the Cizerack had pounced onto him.

For a moment he wasn't sure what to say - and then he didn't have a chance to speak; he was yanked in closer and suddenly had a tongue all over his face! Trying not be too offensive, he attempt to shove Taa backwards a bit, plastering a terrified grin on his face.

Xazor noticed that Taataani was trying to......take advantage of her friend Thanatos. She smiled and casually walked up to both of them.

Yeah, cool it Taa.......he's mine.

With that, she leaned in and kissed him passionatly on the lips. Whether he knew it or not, she was actually doing him a favor. She pulled away and winked with a smile his way....but she noticed his shocked expression.

Sorry man, I didn't want you to end up as cat chow.....

She spoke to his mind through the Force.

Thanatos blinked and stared up at Xazor, then glanced back down at the Cizerack in his lap. His eyes moved back and forth for a moment as he sat, dumbstruck and silent.

(Taa exclaimed, looking up fierily at Xazor. This wasn't once, but TWICE, that she'd tried to pull a fast one like that. She growled a little, blue eyes turning back to Thanatos as she attacked, embracing him fully and kissing deeply enough to taste toenails. She was NOT going to be trumped by this girl, Jedi or not.)

That was it - he couldn't handle this! With a quick shove he pushed Taa away off of his lap and stood up, stumbling backwards as he almost fell to the floor. He rose his hands quickly up into the air in a defensive fashion.

"Now Taa, I don't want to offend you or anything ... but please stop!"

He felt himself almost wretch inside, but calmed himself quickly.

(Taa was at a loss for words. She'd been forcibly rejected by a male...in public, no less! How embarassing! Not to mention, she'd had her hair done, wore her party dress, and even shaved her legs for this!

She pouted toothily a little, and could feel the sadness and humiliation welling up as she scampered off...to find a quiet place to cry alone. She'd never face this situation on Carshoulis, but here...there were different, far crueler rules to play by. Taa was facing the cold realization that she was simply getting older, and perhaps even a little less sexually appealing. It was devastating.)

Xazor was about to say something, but Than held up a hand to stop her. He had gained a bit of a pout too as Taa had struck off away from them, as he was starting to realise just how blunt he'd been. He sniffed at the air a little and picked up on the Cizerack scent, trailing it for a little while before he found her.

"Hey.."

Nervous, he brought one hand up to his neck as he always did in situations like this, and rubbed the back of it lightly.

"I didn't mean to hurt your feelings, Taa ... I just wasn't expecting to be pounced on like that."

[Taataani Meorrrei]

(Taa immediately halted her sniffling as she detected somebody approaching. She wiped away the tears, and whatever amounts of mascara that had ran. For a moment, she just looked up at Thanatos, her blue eyes blinking as her eyebrows knit in confusion.)

[Satine Capashen]

Alpha smiles as he watches all this, taking a seat at the bar, and grabbing himself a pitcher of klah from behind the counter were it was normally kept. He pours a cup, and takes a sip of the steaming stuff.

"I am, uh.. sorry Taa. I shouldn't have been so.."

He didn't know what to say other than,

".. jerkish. I'm sorry I upset you."

He lowered himself down to set his line of vision with hers. A grin tugged onto his lips and he wrapped his arms around Taa giving her a tight hug before he drew away, nodding at her with a smile and wink.

"Just warn me next time you want to pounce on me like that, huh?"

Xazor grinned, slightly disappointed though. She had been beat out by a Ciz...... Walking away to the bar, she took a seat by herself. Now everyone seemed to be in small groups at her party....and she was alone again. Her thoughts drifted back to Shade and she sighed, a tear running down her cheek. How she missed him so....and her heart ached.

Xazor is hugged, and as she looks at the source, she sees her brother, his face full of concern.

(Taa's demeanor turned on a dime. Her eyes seemed to brighten as her ears perked, drawing the corners of her mouth into a genuinely-happy smile. She stood with Thanatos, planting a less-aggressive kiss on his lips, and withdrew slowly.)

Xazor could not look at him for a moment, but decided to anyway.

Satine hugged her tightly, letting her cry.

"Missing Shade, huh? I'm sorry, for what's it worth..."

With a big grin, he shook his head.

"No, no! You are very nice Taa,"

He gave a wink.

"But I have my heart set on someone else."

Slipping his arm around the Cizeracks shoulder, he nudged her in against him and still beamed down at her.

"I wouldn't worry though, I bet there are hundreds of guys out there after you - look at you! You're a prime example of perfect in the Cizerack species!"

She whispered to her brother as she cried into his shoulder. Her heart ached badly...and there was nothing anyone could do to fix that...

(Taa pouted. She didn't like males having a say in things very much, but...it was something she had to go along with. Though he complimented her very well, and it made her beam.)

Avolon happened past, trying to take orders. Although he never fulfilled one, but rather fed them to Max to accomplish.

"Hey, Taa, you're a hotty."

Avolon said, winking.

"It's just these young kids today, they don't respect the fact that with age, everything gets better. They look for the young girls. Don't beat yourself up, you can still run rings around those kids anyday."

Avolon was approaching forty, so his words were respected more than if they came out of a twenty year old's mouth. The bartender didn't have any interest in the woman, but sad customers don't tip well. Plus the guy seemed to be in a tight jam.

"Xazor?"

Avolon looked over at Xazor and quickly rushed to her side.

"Something in your eye, kiddo?"

Avolon knew the truth, he wasn't blind or without a brain. He handed a tissue to her from the counter.

Just then, Kalvin busted through the door. Behind him was an extremely large cage, that was rigged to a sled. The 'droid rolled it along the floor slowly, his strength not anywhere near adequete for the task. In the cage was 12 rabbits, alive. The prissy protocol 'droid had done it, and nothing made Avolon more shocked... Uh-oh... he didn't really think that the patrons would appreciate a rabbit massacre by a Cizerack. The bartender franticly tried to motion for Kalvin to leave, but the 'droid was at a loss.

[verse dawnstrider]

"That is a bunch of crap. I am 25 and looking for women. I have been trying to talk to the new women here so hard. I get a new padawan and he bags one of the best looking! I tell you it is not fair. Not at all."

::Verse takes a long swig of his Ale and leans back in his chair. His long blond hair touching the ground while he sat. He kicked up his feet onto a table.::

"Now that Avolon is here I reall don't have a chance."

*Out of what seemed like no where nash came and slapped verse on the back with a sly grin*

"It can't be that hard to find someone..."

*He looked over the bar..*

"Then again... I never had much luck."

Xazor suddenly looked up from Alpha's shoulder. She had heard her Father's words and it somehow brought a smile to her face. She wiped the tears from her cheeks with the back of her robe's sleeve and smiled at Alpha.

Yes.....he won't return to me......and my heart is broken.......but it will mend. With time...all things will be better.

She smiled and gently kissed him on the cheek. With a slight nod, she rose from her seat and walked over to Verse.

Now what's this I hear about you wanting to....hook up with someone beautiful...but your padawan already got her?

Xazor was confused.....she didn't know if he was talking about the Cizerack...or someone else. She wanted to know and she would get it out of him....

"I was talkin' 'bout Thanatos almost gettin' The Ciz in the sack. Lucky bastard....."

Xazor had to laugh to herself. A cat? Her father? No way.......unlikly.......

Do not feel bad father......remember.....I do not have anyone anymore either......and it is eating away at my heart......

Sadness began to take over again and she almost regretted leaving her brother's shoulder. She did not want to cry in front of Verse....or she would look weak. She sighed and sat down on the floor beside his chair, facing the other way in case a tear escaped......and one did.....

(Taa returned to her table, to find a meal greater than she had ordered. She smiled toothily, her ears perking.)

Ahh...when jit rrrajinsss, jit pourrrsss.

(Seating herself, she hardly knew where to begin. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw one of the white Sajoi mice nearly reaching the top of the box that held them. She lifted it up by its tail, watching in a daydreaming gaze as it struggled, swinging in the air in a frantic effort to escape. The skiddish creature spun about, squeaking quietly as its little legs kicked and squirmed. It spun around to face its captor once more, and its beady black eyes stared straight into a fanged mouth, open wide and approaching fast.

Taa shoved the sajoi into her mouth, smiling as her sharp teeth quickly eviscerated the little creature. She gulped down most of the mouse, the rest following fast as she slurped the still-twitching tail through her supple lips. As quickly as the first Sajoi was devoured, Taa snatched up another, wolfing it down with glee)

[Satine Capashen]

Satine hears Verse talk about the Ciz and laughs draining his cup of klah, glad for the boost the caffiene giave him.

"Hey, buddy. You with a Ciz? Sorry, but that just doesn't seem...your type..."

[Xazor]

Xazor laughed slightly at Alpha's remark. Doing so made the tear fall faster down her cheek and disappear under her chin. She sighed to herself, wishing that Shade was there. Another tear fell as she watched how happy everyone was. It was her party....and she was crying.....

Then get happy...Or drunk. Either way, try and forget, at least for tonight. This is your night after all. It'll come back to you tomorrow...Unless you outdrink me or Verse. Satine sends the message, the last part of his speech tinged with humor.

(Taa tossed a third Sajoi into the air, opening her mouth underneath as it dropped in. Swallowing the latest, Taa eyed the cage of rabbits, growling playfully as she turned to it. She opened the front, pulling out a white and grey rabbit by the ears. Setting it on the table, Taa licked her lips, clamping her canines down on the animal's neck and upper chest, cutting off its blood flow and killing it quickly. As the rabbit twitched in its death throes, Taa watched it hungrily, licking away the crimson from her lips. She quickly tore the rabbit into pieces, devouring the creature energetically in a flurry of flying fur and tossed bones. Two minutes later, and the rabbit was down the hatch. Taa smacked her lips with delight, grabbing another...)

Smiling as Taa went back to her table, Than jogged up behind Verse and slapped him on the back.

"She's all yours, Master. Prepped for flirting too."

He stuck his tongue out then smiled down at Alpha and Xazor, noticing Xazor had been crying.

::Verse wispered is his daughters ear.::

"Don't cry. I never really liked Shade. Those Sayins have to much pride. People like Thanatos on the other hand....."

::Verse walked over to the Ciz. He was Garou. He ate is meat raw. He smiled at her.::

"Have you ever tried to spice the rabbit? It adds flavor."

Just then a stranger to most walked in. He briefly looked around the room. He was looking for Xazor. He spotted her and casually walked up to her.

--Hey! Congratulations on becoming a Jedi Knight. Im aware that I dont know you all that well but your probably the person I know best here. You were one of the first people to talk to me and you helped me. You have a kind heart and I know you will honour the rank of Jedi Knight.--

Oriadin looked deeply into Xazor's eyes, smiled and bowed slightly. He turned to Verse and acknowledged he was there

He said as he bowed.

This was all very new to Oriadin as he hadnt been at the greater Jedi order for very long. He looked around the room and recognised nobody. It struck him as being a good place to start to get his face about and get to know people.

(Taa glanced at the man, busily gnawing away at a rabbit leg, tearing away a stringy mouthful and swallowing)

Of courrrssse not. jIt hasss enough flavorrr asss jit jisss.

(She smiled luridly at Verse, looking him up and down as she licked the blood of her fingers)

Oriadin looked down at Taa. He was a little startled as he coul not remember encountering a creature like this. He was curious but a little put off by the eating habbits!

(Taa's ears twitched as she turned to the newcomer, in the middle of eating one of her fish. She gritted her teeth down, biting the head and half the rest of it as she listened to him. She smiled, swallowed, and licked at her face, wiping whatever mess that couldn't be resolved that way on the back of her hand.)

Oriadin glanced back at Verse and Xazor to see thier expressions as he didnt want to seem stupid. He looked back at Taa.

::Verse almost howled. It has been a while sence he had some fun. Now that he was back in full swing...::

"I am Verse Dawnstrider, Jedi Knight. Before I had to take a leave of absence I was known as GJO's #1 flirt. The males in my family are....well known to some areas."

::One of the mice started to run, but Verse garbed it by it's tail. He swallowed it with ease and without flinching.::

"That one was...3 years old I think. A good year. What kind of things do you like Taa?"

Thanatos? What about him? He never liked Shade...but Thanatos...... Xazor thought to herself. She wiped a few more tears away and smiled to herself. Yes.....Thanatos...... She couldn't help it and caught herself staring at him. She looked away and blushed slightly as her father got up and approached Taataani. She was now smiling as the object of her thoughts stood over her and smiled. She turned away quickly and blushed once again and was relieved when Oriadin approached her and gave her blessings.

Thank you my friend.....yes, I will do my best to honor the rank of Knight. You shall make a fine one yourself someday.....now, go and enjoy yourself, food and drinks are free! Meet some people and make some more friends!

She said in excitement for him. It was good to see him out and about. Her eyes left him as he walked away......and were diverted back to Thanatos who was still standing there. She wanted to hide under the table as she felt her face flush a deep color of red.

H...h......greetings, Thanatos! How am I...I mean, you......I mean, how are you?

She stumbled over her words and sounded completely stupid, like the first time they had met and she fell into her door. She looked down for a moment and turned even more red....this time, she felt like running away. She could feel sweat building on her forehead as she looked around, trying to avoid eye contact. The last thing she wanted was for him to know........

*He watched as verse headed for the female ciz, then chuckled..*

"I'll buy everyone at this party a round of drinks when he says something wrong then gets shot down.."

*He laughed... what he had said was not directed to anyone but to just who was listening.*

As Xazor stuttered out her words, Thanatos grinned a bit. He canted his head to one side, watching her as she flushed a light crimson.

"I'm great yeah ... you alright Xazor?"

He brought his arms up to fold them over his chest, still beaming with the big smile.

Yeah, I am just wonderful!

Now that you're here...ugh, I must stop with these silly thoughts! She had finished the thought with this in her mind. Smiling, she beamed back a beautiful smile as her attention was diverted to her father and the Cizerack for a moment. Her eyes then drifted back to meet those of Thanatos and she blushed once again.

He rose one eyebrow a bit.

"Are you sure? You look a bit flushed," he said with a soft laugh.

"Careful you don't faint."

She said softly. With a smile, she rose to her feet and grabbed his hand.

With a huge grin, she passed her father and patted him on the back as she led Thanatos toward the dance floor. It was filling quickly as some great music came on.

(Taa watched the delicious visitor as he spoke to her, scarfing down the sajoi in much the same fashion that she had done. She purred, her eyes narrowing as she arched back in her seat. She beckoned him with a lazy finger, forgetting about the other inquisitive visitor at her table)

(She grinned ferally, a stark contrast to her prim dress and style)

Cherice had watched all the celebration from the shadows, a smile pasted on her lips. The happiness radiating from all these auras made her head spin, and she didn't particularly care for the feeling ... But she had come to drop off a "little something" for Xazor. The only question was, would Xazor have time to notice her ?

Satine smiled at Xazor as she goes to dance, and sends her a little message.

You got a thing for him sis? Just curious, Satine add as an afterthought.

::Verse smiled as he walked over to the Ciz. Her voice pulling him closer. She seemed to purr as she spoke. He ran a hand down her side.::

"Yes, show me, then I will show you...."

Xazor had heard Alpha's message in her mind. She smiled and felt herself blush a color of crimson.

She sent back as she neared the dancefloor. Upon doing so......she noticed someone out of the corner of her eye. It was......Cherice. Still holding Thanatos's hand, she walked over to the woman.

Greetings friend......what brings you here?

She questioned with a gentle smile. She wanted to get to the dance floor with Than, but felt that Cherice......wanted something......

(As Verse took a step forward, a clawed hand shot out, forcefully grasping him by the collar and wrenching him off his feet. Taataani jerked him forward, to his knees, and devoured his tongue in a hungry kiss, her tail wrapping around his waist, feeling as it went. Taa's warm breath puffed out her nose as she stayed under, a carnal growl sounding low. Her free hand removed her hairpin, and then her glasses as she paused, licking at her supple lips)

A good jyearrr jindeed.

(She laughed throatily, and stood to her feet, energetically walking upstairs, still dragging Verse around by the collar of his shirt)

Than followed Xazor as she tugged him out onto the dancefloor then over to see a friend of Xazors, one who he remembered meeting. He grinned a bit, swinging his arm at his side as he gripped his friends hand tightly.

She tilted her head to the side, her silver eyes unblinking.

" Just came to congratulate you on your promotion, Xazor. Why else would I come here ? "

She could see that Cherice wasn't going to be happy until she put it on....so she did. She smiled as she slipped the pretty ring on her right hand.

Xazor leaned over, still holding onto Thanatos's hand, and hugged Cherice. With a grin, she turned to run off to the dance floor with her friend.

Cherice stood there, shocked after Xazor hugged her. Physical contact with her, even after the incident? ... Jedis never ceased to amaze her. Watching Xazor drag Thanatos out to the dancefloor made her smile slightly. At least Xazor was young and had time to mold her life.

Xazor smiled as she brought Thanatos onto the dance floor and got up close to him......a new confidence filling her suddenly.

Smiling down as Xazor started to dance, Thanatos followed suit. He'd never really done anything like this before, but it didn't really matter - he had an unlimited source of geeky confidence that spurred him on through everything. As he moved in time with the music, he laughed at himself, glancing down at his feet on occasion to make sure he wasn't going to fall over.

(Taa continued to drag Verse through the upstairs hall, until she found the room she was staying in. She swiped her keycard to open the door, then lifted him up to her lips, kissing him hungrily again. She pulled away, licking up and down his face, growled nymphotically, then threw Verse through the door, in the air, till he tumbled across the bed. Taa grinned playfully, a wild look in her eye. She coiled, and then pounced, as the door shut closed behind her)

Xazor couldn't help but smile. She had never had this much fun before and Thanatos was making the night absolutely perfect. She grinned slightly as she noticed him checking his feet. He was a great dancer, there was no doubt about it. Suddenly a slow song came on. She looked at the DJ for a moment with a questioning smile.... This is a party...where is the fast music? She thought to herself. Oh well, it did not matter because Thanatos was already putting his arms around her waist...and she was loving every minute of it. She smiled, though she was nervous, and placed her arms around his neck. The lights dimmed and others on the dance floor formed couples. The song was a beautiful love song...one Xazor had heard somewhere before, but did not recognize right away. As the song went on, she gently rested her head on his shoulder...hoping he did not mind...

As the tempo of the music changed, Thanatos blinked as he found his arms looping around Xazors body. He smiled still though, and this look seemed to increase further as his friends arms draped up around her shoulders. He looked up for a moment as the lights dulled down whilst other party-goers seemed to pair off together. Than looked back down shyly at Xazor as he felt the mood slowly become that little bit softer. It was then that she leant her head down onto his shoulder ...

... He really hoped she couldn't hear the thumping under his chest. Within a second he was turning the colour that Xazor seemed to be blushing into frequently recently. Gingerly, he followed and set his head lightly down against hers. As he did so, he spoke quietly,

"This song is beautiful..."

Xazor's heart was fluttering in her chest...just like the wings of the butterflies in her stomach. She smiled and closed her eyes, savoring the moment. Things like this only happened to her in dreams...but now it was real. She became even more nervous when he rested his head against hers...but then she seemed to calm a bit when his soothing voice rang in her ears...melting her from the inside out.

Yes, it is beautiful....they should play more music like this...

She said softly as they danced to the slow rhythm of the music.

Inside, he calmed himself and relaxed.

Again, he closed his oddly hued eyes and sighed a little. He could sense that Xazor was really enjoying this, and didn't want to spoil the moment by saying anything stupid. He wasn't sure how to act or what to say now, so just went with the flow; dancing in time as best as he could.

Xazor smiled gently and pulled away a little from him. He opened his eyes and smiled back at her.

So....did I really make you feel uncomfortable back there...when I kissed you?

She asked with a sly smile. Not waiting for a reply, she leaned in and kissed him once again. He did not seem to refuse or anything...and she took this as a good sign. With a smile, she pulled away slightly, just enough for him to speak.....

[Satine Capashen]

As the music changes, Satine heads back to the bar. He had danced at the fast stuff, but this slow stuff was too...foreign for him.

Don't worry sis. Your secret's safe with me!

Satine grabs his cup of klah, and heats it up, taking a sip and watching the dancers.

He was about to answer her question, when once again he found he was kissing her! As Xazor drew away from him, he grinned goofily down at her.

"Uhmmmm, nope."

He laughed under his breath, a laugh that was a mixture of excitement and nervousness.

"It was better than the Cizerack!"

Trying to hold back a big laugh, he smiled cheekily.

[Xazor]

Xazor couldn't help but laugh too. It was pretty funny....

I hope I kiss better than a Ciz...

She smiled once again, her blue eyes were glistening in the light that they caught. She heard her brother's reassuring words in her head and couldn't help but smile.

"I'm not sure about that .. I might need another kiss just to make sure of my opinion!"

[Xazor]

Xazor looked down and blushed, but followed it by a laugh. Looking into his eyes, she slowly leaned in and kissed him once again...but he seemed to be more...giving. Finally after a minute or so, they pulled away to breath.

Now how is your opinion?

She asked with a grin. She could feel the eyes of her brother on her...watching her closly, but she smiled his was to tell him all was well. In the back of her mind, she was wondering where her father had gone off to....with the Cizerack. Oh well, she paid it no mind. She was having the time of her life here and now...

After the rather passionate kiss, he was having trouble voicing his opinion. Thanatos leant his head down a little closer to hers against and nudged at her forehead with his, a lopsided - almost drunk looking - smile coming over him.

"You win."

[Xazor]

Xazor had to laugh. He looked so cute with his drunken looking grin.

I thought so...but you didn't play so badly yourself...

She said softly with a grin and continued dancing to the slow music which seemed never ending.

As he stood staring down at Xazor, everything else around him seemed to blur out. All that went on around seemed nothing to what was rushing into existence now. Inside, guilt former in the back of his mind for Shade, yet it was out weighed by the jilt of excitement. Swaying slowly to the music, he hummed the tune softly under his breath whilst idly - subconciously even - feathering strands of Xazors hair with his fingertips.

[Xazor]

A smile encompassed Xazor's expression while they danced. His fingertips softly feathered her hair and his touch made her feel even more closer to him. His soft eyes made her heart melt, and whether she knew it or not, she was slowly moving closer and closer to him. Soon her fingers were running through his hair and then fell to gently rest on the soft skin of his neck. Around them, nothing else seemed to exist.....it was as if time almost stopped. Then Xazor remembered something that her Master had once done. With a smile, she slowed the time around them so that it moved at a slow pace...for a while anyway. Just enough to preserve this blissful moment. She sighed happiness to herself, though her thoughts dwelled on Shade. He was gone, though....he had left her, never to return again. He wanted her to be happy in his absence.....and she was. She could not live forever with the memory of one who was to never be with her....

This feels so perfect...

She whispered to him. Their foreheads rested against one another and he continued to look down at her, she looking up into his beautiful, flawless eyes. He was quickly filling the void that was in her heart....

Time became sluggish, and all things around them looked to be soft blurs of colour. He could sense the conflict in Xazor, so tried to avert his own thoughts from the past and focus upon what was happening now. The simple thought of his caused him to smile. For him, all of this was very new - he wasn't sure whether it was going right or not, but it certainly felt as though it was.

This feels so perfect...

As Xazor spoke, he gave a very light nod.

"Yeah... what a rush."

[Xazor]

Xazor giggled slightly. She felt like a little girl once again when she dreamed of being a warrior princess and falling in love with a warrior prince. She laughed at this memory and then he spoke. His words were true, it was a rush. She smiled gently and tried to push the looming thought of Shade out of her mind. It was nearly impossible, but with much effort, she did so.

Everything is going perfect......

She said after picking up on his thoughts. She did not wish him to think it was going any other way.....

::Verse came down the stairs later. he yawned and made his way back to the bar. He got another bottle of Ale. He was almost three sheets to the wind now. His Garou system worked and kept him sober. he looked at his daughter and smiled. It was great to see her happy for a change. Thanatos was a good kid. Maybe he would call him son one day. One could always hope.::

[Taataani Meorrrei]

(Taa came down the stairs, clad hastily in a bedsheet toga that covered the parts that mattered. She sauntered over, grasping Verse by the back of his pants)

Wherrre arrre jyou gojing? jI'm not fjinjissshed!

(Holding up her sheet with one hand, Taa dragged Verse with her back to her room.)

::Verse could not deny this. He allowed himself to be taken back.::

[Xazor]

The moment that Thanatos and Xazor were having was slightly disrupted when Verse came downstairs from his....good time....she looked at him and laughed, seeing that he was pretty drunk. The Cizerack came back and took him to her room once again. She smiled gently his way and then returned her eyes to Thanatos. Suddenly the moment seemed to shatter as the song ended and fast tunes started up once again.

Isn't this great!?

Xazor called out to him over the loud music.

The sudden raise in volume of the music send a whoosh of air through the room, almost physically shaking Thanatos. He laughed as Xazor spoke, nodding as he craned his head down towards her to hear better.

"I think I'm becoming deaf!"

[Xazor]

Xazor laughed to herself. The music was quite loud, and it moved throughout the group that was dancing quickly to the beat. Time sped up once again and resumed normal pace as she spun about and danced in happiness.

I think I am deaf!

She said, unable to hear herself or others around her. She smiled, though...knowing her ears would hurt tomorrow but it was worth it now...
