The Sith Knight pushed gently the entrance door and walked in. She walked towards the counter and sat on a chair. Feeling uncomfortable, she groaned and pushed the chair away lightly, getting up to sit on the counter. As she sat on it, a faint smile drew on her lips as she pulled back the chair she originally sat in and rested her feet on them. She looked over her shoulder, not really seeing who was the bartender, and ordered.

"A beer."

She sighed as she waited for her beer to come and ran her hand through her hair. She zipped down her leather jacket slightly to make air then ran her hand through her long dark brown hair with her gloved hand. This was going to be a long night.

Lets pray it never ends.

Garrett was sitting merely two tables away from Eve. There was nobody sitting at the tables between them, so he was in clear view of her and she of he. He watched her carefully, making sure to look away when her gaze fell in his direction. She was quite tasty to say the least. Ooh nice - she unzipped her jacket slightly. Looking to check nobody else was interested, he eyed his left and right. A few denizens of the bar were inconpicuously gawping at her on the verge of making a mess on the floor thanks to their drooling. So he stood up and took a seat next to her at the bar. To make it easier to speak to her, she was sitting on the bar itself - how considerate.

"Two shots of Lum 41 and a glass of Lum please, Betty!"

The sullustan bartender shoock his head in bafflement. Always this ridiculous obsession with Betty! His name was Bhiehn for crying out loud!

The drinks arrived double quick, and Garrett downed one of the shots before turning to his clandstine cutie...

"Does that thing come with a toothbrush?"...he asked, looking at her chest.

(OOC: What does "Una Noche" mean?)

"You should be more considerate of your tongue when around ladies ..."

:: Reuven crossed his arms across his chest while quirking an eyebrow at the man, an amused expression on his face. He couldn't help but overhear the little comment after he had pulled out a stool and sat down. ::

"... Or she might just rip it out."

"Woah there buddy!"

As Garrett spoke to the lady sat on the bar, he'd leaned over too far and far too enthusiastically, knocking a the arm of a young man who was just grabbing his two pints of Correlibrew, almost spilling it over the lady's legs.

After taking the drinks to his table he quickly returned, with his drink and pulled out a chair to the other side of the young lady. Placing his glass down on the bar, still standing he glanced at her face with curiosity.

"Hi there. Sorry 'bout before, the name's Lorcan. Do you mind me joining you?" He asked, gesturing to the seat he'd pulled out, "I've only been here just over a week but I don't recall seeing you before, and if this is your first visit to 'Yog's' then there's no need to be sitting..." He glanced over to Garrett, across form her, "...alone."

He smiled at her, then took another swig from his pint glass, he still hadn't sat out courtesy, the lady hadn' mentioned whether she minded him joining her.

Eve looked in disgust at the man who first joined her and just simply turned her gaze away. Her gaze fell on the one who named himself Lorcan, as he almost spilled his drink on her. She groaned slightly but it wasn't very bright to be mean in a Jedi's bar. Between her eyes getting off of Garrett over to Lorcan, she noticed another man. His comment amused her, so she chuckled slightly, before hearing Lorcan's presentation.

"The name's Eve. Eve Siren. And this isn't my first visit, though whenever I come here, I always sit alone ..."

She approached her face next to Lorcan's to whisper.

"It wouldn't be very smart to sit next to a Sith alone ... So be grateful that Mister Pervert here is with you."

By Mister Pervert, she did mean the man who asked her that ridiculous question. She kind of realized that this man must not be a Jedi, but she wasn't sure of what he was. Maybe she'll discover it in a while ... After that, she sat back up, on the counter and grabbed herself a beer as she leaned, pulling it out from under the counter. The bartender must've worked here for a long time to notice that she was a Sith and that it wasn't smart to take orders from one. She opened her beer and took a slight sip, tilting her head back.

OOC- Una Noche means One Night, in spanish.

:: It was ... amusing, to see how both of the men flocked over her; she pratically had no room to breathe. Not to mention his presumption about her being a Sith was right. ::

"Bartender, a JD will do."

Thanatos grinned a bit as he saw the men talking to his aunt. He wasn't going to go and see her unless she noticed him, he'd just watch from afar for now - and see how things played out.

Eve looked at the man order, than felt a familiar presence. She didn't search the room before searching her mind, trying to find out who it was. It could've been somebody bad. Finally, she looked around and found Thanatos, her nephew. Watching him looking at her made her grin faintly, but the fact that he left TSE still affected her negatively.

"... Hmph."

"It wouldn't be very smart to sit next to a Sith alone ... So be grateful that Mister Pervert here is with you." At this he grinned and sat down, taking another drink from his pint, he examined her curiously, to see if he could recall her face. Nothing.

"A Sith?" He asked with interest, "My, that is interesting." He hid his amusement well, not wishing to insult the young lady, "So that means you can do all kinds of magical, evil things to torment the weak and innoecent then!"

He glanced over to the man she referred to as Mister Pervert and said, "To have the reputation of a pervert is not a good way to impress a lady, you should work on that." He grinned and winked at the man, before gesturing to the other man who had just ordered some sort of liquor he called "JD."

"This fellow on the other hand has got it all worked out, you should follow his example. Playing it cool, pretending not to be interested in someone who is obviously, and I hope you don't mind me saying, my dear, a very attractive lady. However, if he is genuinly unattracted to you," He said, leaning close to Eve with a smile, "Then we know what that means!"

"I on the other hand am spoken for unfortunately," Lorcan smiled warmly at Eve and added, "I just enjoy company that is easy on the eyes." He finished the rest of his ale, then looked back at Eve, "How long have you been a Sith? Do you have any magical powers?" He smirked a little, recollecting the young ladies remark about sitting next to a Sith alone.

:: Reuven turned and glared at the man who had mentioned him. ::

"It wouldn't be very wise to drag me into this ..."

:: A low growl emitted deep within his throat as he looked away. It always amazed him at how stupid people could really be. ::

Eve arched an eyebrow, listening to the whole conversation, advices and questions coming from Lorcan. She tilted her head to the side, studying him for a moment before deciding to answer his questions.

"Yeah .. I have a magic power. If you turn your head 90 degrees to the left, I can give you a four knuckle tattoo really fast in the face. It'll hurt, but hey, I'm not perfect."

"Flattery will get you nowhere, darling!"...replied Garrett, some considerable time after he'd been called Mr Pervert. He was preoccupied thinking of something else about toothbrushes.

"That only works on me with one woman, and she's not you!"

Garrett took another swig of his lum before continuing.

"As for you...", he said, turning his attention from Lorcan to Eve, "...you've got to make a decision. There's three guys here. One's apparently a pervert, though I tend to disagree - odd sense of humour would be a better term - the other one's spoken for...", he glanced at Lorcan, "...and the final one is a homosexual. But which one are you going to grace with your presence tomorrow evening at dinner?"

Garrett smirked at the "hom" on the other side of Eve and Lorcan. He surveyed the bar quickly...

"To help you decide, how about some nice... romantic... sensual music..."

Garrett walked over to the jukebox and keyed in a number...

Pink - it's my new obsession.
Pink - it's not even a question.
Pink - on the lips of yow lover.
'Cause pink is the love you discover...

Pink - as the bing on yow cherry.
Pink - 'cause you are so very.
Pink - it's the colour of passion.
'Cause today, it just goes with the fashion!!!

Pink, it was love at first sight!
Pink, when I turn out the light!
Yeah, pink gets me high as a kite!
And I think everything is going to be alright no matter what we do tonight...

As the music played, he walked back over to them...

Against the man's glare, Lorcan's features never twitched, instead he maintained a calm eye contact whilst he made his threat. He quickly lost interest in what the man had to say and promptly answered.

"Keep your growling to yourself. If you can't take a joke then this obviously isn't the place for you; go and join the rest of the howling muts outside!" His voice was firm and determined, but not angry; his anger he would keep under control for the time-being.

"Right," was his simple reply to what Eve had to say. He was uninterested, and unimpressed with her primitve talk and hadn't the time for it. He turned away, and ordered a glass of water.

"You know," He said, turning back to face her once he'd been served, "You're not the only one who knows a little magic."

He took a sip of his water, and grinned when he heard what Garrett had to say, tapping his foot in time to the music.

Eve chuckled at Garrett's ridiculous song. She held up her bottle of liquor towards him as he walked back towards them and took another sip. She turned to look at Lorcan as he made his childish comment.

"I never said I was the only one. Except ..."

Eve clenched her fist in front of Lorcan's face, showing her knuckles through her leather glove then smile, taking it away afterwards.

"I wasn't joking."

She grinned also and stepped off the counter, leaving her half-empty bottle of liquor on where she was sitting, walking towards Reuven. He was standing right in front of the jukebox, so she reached her hand towards a button, picking a slow song, underneath his arm, her arm practically around his waist, as she looked up at him, grinning. Her body was very close to his, it would've been hard to sneak a slight rope between them for a minute there. She then stepped back slightly and held her hand up.

"May I have this dance ?"

:: Reuven glanced up at Eve and quirked an eyebrow, a slight smile appearing on his face. ::

"And why would a beautiful lady such as yourself have to ask?"

:: Standing up, he stole a quick glance at Lorcan and Garrett, then took her hand. He leaned in a bit closer and whispered in her ear. ::

"Am I being used just to make your other 'lovers' jealous?"

Lorcan Clucas
Apr 16th, 2002, 04:57:03 PM
The lady was interesting to say the least; however her over-ethusiastic aggression made her look pitiful and the fact that she dared call her self a Sith infuriated Lorcan beyond belief. He watched how she paraded around like she was someting special, waving her firsts at people, indulging in her disillusionment that she was all-powerful. It made him sick to the stomach and no doubt Garrett felt it too.

Lorcan glanced over at Garrett to get his attention, when Garrett looked he saw Lorcan's finger gliding around the rim of his pint glass fluidly. Lorcan looked over at Eve and her egotistical dance partner, for a moment he was looking at them, then his gaze pierced them and his attention seemed to no longer be attatched to the confines of the small establishment. But instead he peered out, beyond, remembering her words, "Except I wasn't joking."

"And neither am I," He said under his breath. For a moment he was quiet and he had closed his eyes, concentrating when suddenly he broke his silence.

"Uteda crayote kadelli
Ecumdo stoura eka
S'hiracht teda-sheras
Uthar dayote acutoum"

These words he said quietly, almost inaudible, under his breath, Garrett could just about here his words and upon finishing the last of the four lines, almost instantaneously, from the rim of his glass where his finger was touching, formed an assortment of tiny frozen formations. They glittered inside the glass, creeping down like tiny stalactites and upon touching the ale halfway down, the liquid immediatly solidified, it expanded a little a small crack formed in the glass. Lorcan placed the damaged glass on the bar top, rythmically repeating the last two lines of the verse, "S'hiracht teda-sheras, Uthar dayote acutoum."

He noticed how the remaining contents of Eve's bottle had solidified and from inside a thin, icy mist left the bottle. He turned back around, to face the dancing couple, still repeating his words whilst very slowly, the room temperature in the Bar & Grill slowly fell.

"Lovers ? I sure hope you don't mean those two men over there."

Eve grinned as she put her free hand on Reuven's shoulder lightly, waiting for him to move. The man was supposed to lead, after all. She gave a quick glance at Lorcan, then her eyes moved aside to look at her bottle of liquor. The fact that Lorcan got all pissy and childish amused her greatly, the obvious evil smile on her lips showing so.

As he left, the room's temperature slowly fell down. Being genetically engineered, it did not bother her that much, but just for Garrett, she had to pretend. She moved in closer to Reuven, shivering slightly.

"Brr ... That Lorcan. What a dork." She mumbled to herself.

:: Reuven could feel the drop in the temperature, but paid no heed to it. He had to handle worse. Using his other hand, he wrapped it around Eve's waist and slowly began to move to the music almost akwardly. ::

"You'll have to excuse my .. skills, it's been quite awhile since I've danced ..."

"Heh. Don't worry. You'll have to hang on for a moment. Now turn around anf flash a pretty smile to our Mister Pervert over there."

Eve let out a small laugh as she almost forced Reuven to turn towards Garrett, trying to pretend not to notice him, she leaned the side of her head on Reuven's chest, listening to the song she chose "Vicious" of New Order, sensing the feeling of embarassement in him. She had encounters with shy people before, but this one was slightly different.

"Never danced with a Sith before, have you ?" She asked, murmuring.

:: He answered her question, almost whispering at this point. She made him feel ... different. Changed. Possibly because of the darkness that emitted from her very being .. Maybe it was clouding his mind. ::

Garrett sat down on the stool again. The temperature was freezing! He breathed in and out - he could see his breath as clear as day. His teeth began to clatter as he mumbled to himself. A patch of ice was forming on the bar in front of him. And WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT! THE IMP!!! Somehow it had gotten off Ziost and made it here to the Bar & Grill. He tried to ignore it's pulling of faces at him. He looked back at the poor excuse for a heterosexual, dancing with - and he had to admit - a saucy looking bitta nosh.

To rain on Reuven's parade, Garrett clenched his fists and pulled upwards at the air. Suddenly, Reuven felt an immensly sharp pain in his crotch, as his underwear decided to go against the forces of gravity and try to move upwards through his groin. Had he spoken now, he'd have been able to pass as the fourth BeeGee.

Garrett stood once again, and began to skate on the now icy floor, singing to himself...

"Burn, baby burn!"

As Garrett skated around the Bar & Grill, with a complete disregard for the likes of Tony Hawkes, he collided with Eve and her camp companion, sending them spiralling out of control, and into Master Yoghurt, who wasn't too pleased at their intrusion on his root tea and newspaper break.

As they looked at the mean green machine in bamboozlement, Garrett felt the urge to scream...

I AM.....CHRISTMAS!!!!!"

He skidded towards them, causing a small snow shower to attack them.

OOC: What? I think you should make the distinction between OOC and IC. He was calling your character that, and if you're wondering why he is doing what he is doing, that's what he does - that's Garrett Blade for ya - complete lunatic. The homosexual joke might be going too far though, I'm not sure and I'm not a mod or anything so I can't edit it out even if I wanted too.

OOC: Yes indeed. I'm speaking IC when I call your character homosexual. It's just the way Garrett is. And personally, I don't think it's going too far, since I don't mean it other than in character. To edit my post to get rid of it would - to me - be like editing somebodies roleplay because they hit someone in character. Just because it might seem offensive/wrong/mean IC doesn't mean I can't use it in character. OOC, I've got no problem about anyone calling Garrett homosexual - though Garrett might have something to say about it. I mean no offense out of character, I assure you.

I never intended to call Sith Sorcery itself "childish", what I thought was childish was how it seemed like you were using it from jealousy. That's what I viewed as childish. Obviously every single post of mine, both OOC and IC, seems to offend both you and Garrett. I didn't wish for this thread to become so ... well, you get the drift. Sorry if I did offend you both in any way, that's not the results I intended from my comments.

Obviously every single post of mine, both OOC and IC, seems to offend both you and Garrett

It's not offending me at all! Why would an in-character post offend me, Peter McCoy? As for Garrett, thats in-character too so there should be no need for ooc comments unless there's one helluva dispute. So Garrett's acting negatively towards you - ride on it, give him more reason to be jealous. At the end of the day, there was no chance for him and Eve anyways so why bother about it? He just likes to annoy people any way he can. Hell - I took one of TSO's SSD's and single handedly threatened to attack Coruscant with the one ship!!! If Batman could travel through space, he'd still have to deal with The Joker in the form of ME!

As for what you said Eve, about yelling "I Am CHRISTMAS!!!" as not being very psychotic: I'm not psychotic OOC so I honestly don't know about psychotic behaviour. I'm just rolerplaying him based on my view of other somewhat mad characters in films/tv etc. For example when the Joker, for no reason whatsoever, decides to yell "THIS TOWN NEEDS AN ENEMA!", or The Riddler yells "JOYGASM!!!". He's my character, so I roleplay his insanity to the best of my ability. It may not be much to you but I enjoy it and find some of the stuff I do with him hilarious. And if it makes me laugh then I must be doing something right.
