Finally, I'm going to do something here!

Firstly, who is still nominally a Warrior?

i have a question. do you have to gain rank to be a warrior or to y'all is just someone who fights a lot?

Sage Hazzard

I'd like to ask the same question as Shade.

If what he said is true, then I consider myself a Warrior and would like to make it official. Actually, it'd be cool to become a Warrior Padawan, then train up. That'd be awesome. I like being a Padawan.

IC: Warrior here!

OOC: I've always advocated the idea of different "sects" of jedi, such as the healing arts, mental powers, and especially the fighting arts. Since my character has a dance background, as well as martial arts training, she relates very well to the specialized movement of the body that fighing uses. However, not all Jedi have, or even should have these natural abilities. Look at the Jedi council in TPM. While some were great fighters, others had far better mental abilities. Might we need a special training ground/library for those?

Excellent.

So here is a question - what do we wish to do? Ideas?

Xazor
Apr 25th, 2002, 07:07:48 PM
We should go on RP missions.......working together against the evil.....you know, fighting it off and things like that. We should make ideas...like going to protect a town from invasion......going to free some slaves by fighting off the slavers.......ect. I think that sparring for the warriors would be good to be in here, as well as warrior training threads. If I come up with more structured ideas, I'll post 'em here!

A clan would be a good idea. I just read about the Bear Clan in AOTC and that was a good idea. We all train together and study as one.

Hey that sounds like a good idea Helenias. I likes! We could be the......wolf clan *laughs because there was no pun intended in reference to her being Garou...okay, actually there was.... *

Also, in most martial arts classes, they train together.

Yes, we should go on massive RPs, staging small fights.

Xazor
Apr 27th, 2002, 01:25:22 AM
I'm in a martial arts class in RL and we all train together. I think that is kinda how we should model our warrior group/clan.

I like the idea of an RP clan. It would work well.

Xazor
Apr 27th, 2002, 01:39:24 AM
I agree! Do we need to have it approved or anything to start it?

If I understand, that is what the Warriors were sort supposed to be - or a sect. I'll have to ask the brainstrust on that

Reporting because... I don't know. I've been way too busy for like four months now and I dropped by just to say hi. So "HI! How are ya? That's great!"

I know I'm supposed to be doing my job. Sorry for not. I'll definitely be around in the summer because I plan to write some stories dating back about 20 years in the timeline.

So... What did I miss? I see at least one new faction in the Shipyards, and plenty of new people. For those of you who don't know who I am - and I assume you don't because I sure don't know you - I'm a Jedi Knight, a Warrior, and I think I still command the NRSF ground forces. But who knows about that since I've been gone for four months. Yeah, ok. Well, Marcus, I'm pretty sure we were planning something around January and I'm guessing we didn't get around to it so a specific apology to you. But you are probably busy with a bunch of stuff anyway so it works out.

Well if anybody wants to drop me a line, my PM box is always open.
